I really liked the people and the vibe of the place, however, especially liked the customer service of the doorman that was there on the Friday and Saturday during the day. He was so nice and friendly and made my day.
The tv stopped working, however, the customer service to move our room and everything was so lovely.it was sorted not long after we reported the issue which was great.

Close to Adelaide Markets and town
Room was fine apart from the noise of the cooling system fan.
Stayed in room 1402. The fan for the room cooling was very noisy and kept me away for much of the night. The weather the day was warm so the room was too warm to sleep without the cooling system running.
The bed and pillows were average.
Location was great.
No onsite parking and the bar closed early even on the weekends.
Pushing two beds together and calling it a king is not really a king. The gap was terrible and neither myself or my partner slept well because of it
The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view. The breakfast was all that we needed and very tasty
The main meal menu was a little restricted and quite expensive

I didnt really use any of the services as I checked in and then left for the afternoon/evening and didnt return until approx 9pm.
The gentleman at the bar on return was very friendly and lovely to speak to.
Well located to transport and market/shops. A pleasant place to stay.
Location was ideal. Close to everything.
The rooms were a bit dated and deserve a much needed makeover. But saying this, the rooms were great value for money, especially considering the location.
Great communal kitchen and laundry.
Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Marks on walls and floors etc. Carpark was quite a distance.
