Cons:

It wasn't and executive level anymore for this hotel, with no special amenities that showed online for free continal breakfast. I upgraded for nothing. Room hot and fridge door wouldn't close, which I reported twice and no one showed up to fix

The location. It had a nice bar area.

Cons:

It took us 4 times to get into our room. Once we got in, the ac was not working to our standard. The front desk was extremely helpful in getting us comfortable.

The staff.

Cons:

The lobby was decent and looked recently updated, the room on the other hand was definitely a bit outdated. Could use new linens and some pipe work.

location is great, room itself horrible
Pros:

the lobby is super clean

Cons:

there is no way to change the thermostat so it was a constant 72+ degrees all night. the pillows were non existent, you'd lay your head on it and immediately it flattens to where it's as if you aren't even using one. the air outside smells like sewage.

Nice Hotel, Slightly Dated Rooms but Friendly Staff
Pros:

Hotel was pretty good overall. Staff was very friendly, lobby area was very nice, and location was very convenient. The rooms are rather dated and not the cleanest in the world because of that, but as a whole was pretty solid.
