The front desk staff were excellent
No first floor room that I requested was available. I asked fir it in advance because my husband had surgery on 8/12/2026. We ended up on the 6th floor.

Very Quiet.I was able to sleep well.
I paid top dollar for the room and no Breakfast was included! I wasn't going to pay $20 for a couple eggs and toast.As it was I dropped $4 on a subpar cup of coffee.

fantastic service and very customer with all the trimmings me and my wife enjoyed every minute of it, we definitely will be back to this Hilton again.

When we checked in we were told that there was only valet parking which we had to pay 30.00 a day. The next day we found out that it was not true. Went to room and the TV did not work. Went to the bar downstairs and the draft beer was not cold and no bottled beer was available. Next morning went to get breakfast to bring back to room and was told they didn’t have any bags to carry the food back to room also, was told they didn’t have the key for the register therefore you could not pay with cash. Woke up on the day to check out the TV had been shutoff wasn’t able to watch news that morning. Front desk in restaurant had no change for a 20.00 dollar bill to purchase a cup of coffee. The two day stay cost 742.00 I would expect better services from a Hilton hotel.
Great location, very comfortable beds and pillows.
The coffee / tea machine was not good it didn’t heat up the water properly. I stayed 2 nights, after the first night, they made my bed, but did not clean the bathroom floor which had some dirty smudges on it and they did not replace the 2 disposable cups I had used. The dinner menu in the restaurant was very basic and limited.
The TV was basic and only had access to local channels and no smart capability to use my netflix or prime account.
Dirty room doors and the corridor carpets looked tired.
I don’t understand why hotels use carpet in rooms and corridors, it is unhygienic and so expensive to maintain and has to be replaced periodically when there is so much beautiful tile that resembles wood flooring.
