Pros:

Water pressure in the shower was great. Having Starbucks on site is a benefit.

Cons:

The hotel was warm. The A/C was not cold enough in the ballrooms, it was way to warm. The elevators were hot and slow. One elevator was out of service. Service at 88 Oaks restaurant was well below average. The check in staff were not very friendly. The hotel charges for parking. I hate that. I pay to stay there, I don't appreciate the hidden parking fee. No microwave in the room.
