Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The hotel was falling apart upstairs. Wall paper hanging off the walls. First you could see under the doors to the rooms. It didn't feel safe. Then the room had M&Ms in the floor. So it wasnt very clean.. At some point a picture on the wall had been painted around, un fortunately the picture had been removed and there was a 2x3ft space that was a different color. We tried to make the best of it and ordered room service. Our pasta was delivered in cardboard containers in a to go bag. When we tried to remove the food from the bag the bottoms of the containers fell out and pasta went everywhere on the bed. After calling and complaining, we didn't have to pay for the food and fresh sheets was brought up to the room for us to change the bed. We removed the first blanket and there was hairs all over the bed. We decided to undress the bed completely and thats when we saw that the mattress had throw up stains or some type of yellow and brown stains. We even tried to flip the mattress and the bottom was worst then the top. My fiance was having surgery the next morning and the level of nasty this place was awful. I couldnt in good mind sleep there with her having the potential for infections. We had to relocate in the middle of the night, the nignt before surgery. The managers was helpful and nice but the man at the front desk was rude when we first checked in. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone ever.

Let customers know that they are under construction and have limited parking.
Pros:

Could have been a beautiful location if it was not for all the construction that was going on!!!!

Cons:

Limited parking due to construction!!!! Made it hard to drive through parking lot to find parking.

Unbelievable value (could not believe how great this room was for the price.
Pros:

Super clean. Easy parking. Great staff.

The location is a bit suburban (meaning, not in the country, and not city-center….so you really can’t walk anywhere of interest).

My stay was pretty much good, we enjoyed the pool as well
