I selected this property because I assumed it would have been a very nice place to stay and worth spending a little more money. However, I found the hotel not on par with the price. The restaurant within the hotel was extremely overpriced. The Starbucks is not actually a Starbucks but just serves their coffee and the elevator doors close far too quickly and actually injured my brother-in-law.
The hotel was fine, but it was far overpriced for what they offered. The staff were not terribly responsive, and there was no free breakfast in the breakfast provided in the restaurant was far too overpriced for what you received.
Everything was very nice. The place was very clean and enjoyed staying there.
Couldn’t get the temperate adjusted in the room. It was very cool in there the whole time.
The indoor pool

The lightbulbs in the rooms were nasty, elevator buttons were a tad dirty and the elevators .
The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! There were large ugly stains in the hallways and the ice-makers had moldy looking dirt around the opening. The meeting staff had one particular Mexican lady who was offensive. Right as our event was ending She walked up to my vendor table and picked my half full glass up and asked was it trash. When I told her “dont touch anything on my table” she told us “when you are dont don’t leave trash on the table.” I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR! ALL OF THE OTHER CONVENTION STAFF WERE EXCELLENT.
