I liked the location of this hotel
There was no dresser or nightstand with drawers for clothes, closet only had four hangers. Safe did not work. Carpet was old and dirty but the worst part of my experience was the loud sound of a television from another room.
The large finished roo that we were moved to the second night. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Room we were given on arrival was not finished and didn't have the furniture that they advertised in the room. Elevator broke down for a couple hours.

The staff was very nice and made sure I got the type of room I needed. I also appreciated them having coffee available at any hour. The breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much variety. Several items one would expect were never offered, like bacon (only sausage), sweet rolls (regular bread for toasting and plain bagels), fresh fruit (or even a bowl of sliced and diced fruit). Overall, it was clean and fresh smelling, but I will think twice about staying there the next time I need a Mesa hotel for a 2-week working vacation.
We stayed here because of medical visits the doctors however this was very nice hotel. We stayed in the accessible room that had a walk-in shower. However, the hose with the showerhead did not work in room 136. I hope he gets fixed.
But what a nice place the only other problem I could see is that there’s no grass anywhere for a dog to do its business, but that being said you can’t have everything special for the best price in town
The staff is always awesome and friendly. I love the area it’s in because it’s right by highway 60 making it easy to get around
The room we stayed in smelled musty and the ac unit made the worse screeching noise.
