The location that's it and tiara was very nice
Hyatt place tied up all of my vacation money in pending charges they double charged me at check-in and they said they could not reverse the charges that I had to wait until after I checked out for the money to come back onto my card which it did but the point is all the money I had for my trip I didn't have so for that reason I will probably never stay at Hyatt place again thank you.
This is a great hotel choice if you just need a safe, comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced hotel. There are no fancy bells and whistles however the Hyatt gets the job done with unparalleld staff who really do treat you like family. They provide a substantial free breakfast that has many options and starts the day ahead with a breakfast that keeps you full for the bulk of the day! The very friendly staff is very responsive to request and questions. The pool was also not "fancy" but again it got the job done. I will choose the friendly staff and reasonable rates over a stuffy over priced hotel every day every time. Customer for life and will be back and will be exploring other options in the Hyatt portfolio!

The room was arranged weird. In the bathroom the ceiling above the shower was shunning in and the toilet was wobbly. The tv was placed in the middle of the room so it was awkward to watch tv.
