Appearance, musty smell and grubby carpets in corridors on second floor.
The twin beds in 212 need replacing - very saggy especially to 1 side on each bed.
Hot water took ages to come through.
Sink didn’t drain properly, therefore no hot water in tiny sink as would overflow if not careful. Mentioned this and was told it was a water saving idea? But - no hot water available in sink - good job the shower drained as similar problem.

The location was good.
The room was poorly equipped - a double room with only 1 chair; no drawers; a poky alcove for a wardrobe; a minute bathroom where there was not room for towels for us both, the second set was left in a scruffy bag in the alcove; a bathroom door that did not shut; a total lack of soundproofing between rooms ( we heard discussions from next door and whenever they turned on a tap or used their bathroom); the net curtain was dingy and stained with hooks missing; the window needed cleaning.The breakfast was what you would expect to endure in a motorway service station.

smelt musty and bathroom floor was grimey and failed to be cleaned even after requesting at reception. Breakfast staff were slow to clear tables and appeared new and / or poorly trained.
The location is great. You can walk to good restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and museums.

Upgraded to river view- don’t bother it is a view of car park and building work
Had to wait until 3 pm for check in and sat it reception for 40 mins and went to desk at 3 and miraculously room available ( surely could have done better- lots of people got rooms earlier)
Was waiting for our bags to be delivered and had to come to reception number of times - eventually found bags had been delivered- would have been nice for reception to call the room when bags had been delivered

Anticuado, íntegramente alfombrado con alfombras sucias, reservé una hab privilegie con vista al río Ness y me dieron una en 1er piso con vistas a un techo, hice reclamo pero no tenían otra disponible. El parking salió 15£ por dia. El desayuno bueno
