Room smell so bad
A localização é excepcional e também é um ponto positivo o café da manhã à partir das 6h30min, o que é compatível com o horário das excursões.
Os travesseiros eram muito desconfortáveis. Também havia um certo nível de ruido, vindo da rua em frente.

Location close to train station and right in the city centre.
In general the hotel is very shabby and outdated. Lighting in room very poor. Shower controls terrible and shower floor dangerously slippery. No phone in room to contact reception. Very overpriced compared to other places I stayed in Scotland.

Appalling...noise...from..street...ALL...NIGHT.....Thumping...music...from...nightclub...until...2.30am...along...with.....drunken...fights,....Police...called...out.......I..was...unable...to...sleep...both...nights...due...to...horrendous...noise......When...I...complained...to...staff...I..was....told..there...were...no...rooms...at...back...I...could...be...moved...to.
Well located for city centre
Significant building work on neighbouring property which was noisy and reduced the parking, neither of which was made clear when booking. Evening meal was terrible as was the service in the bar, couldn’t have felt less welcome.

No hot water technical issue one night but still not fixed before checking out next day.
Staff are fab, restaurant looked very nice but didnt eat there.
The building is very dated, we booked a river view but were on the first floor and could just see the roof.

das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen, Service schlecht - haben 20 Minuten in der Bar gewartet und wurden nicht bedient; Frühstück ist schlecht; Zimmer mit Blick auf riesige Vordächer werden teuer verkauft, weil im Hintergrund der Fluss zu sehen ist; völlig überteuert und verstehe nicht warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat
Excellent location. The breakfasts were good.
The view from my room was very poor as it overlooked the bins and the windows were dusty due to construction work nearby. Should be offered at a reduced rate.
