It was comfortable, but not exceptional.
Pros:

Located in nice area. Convenient.

Cons:

They ran out of coffee at breakfast. When told about the coffee, staff was not apologetic but mainly just indifferent.

Didn’t like it at all.
Pros:

Nothing, even the coffee wasn't good.

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't exactly friendly; the room smelled of dampness and urine. The sofa was dirty and in poor condition. It was obvious they don't clean, as there was ash—or something similar—on the nightstand. Overall, it was very dirty and smelled bad.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, just more detail to cleanliness given the area the hotel is in.
Pros:

For the purpose that we were there in town, the location was perfect. I liked the area where the hotel is located and the exterior of the hotel is nice and clean.

Cons:

Around the elevator area, l saw where it had not been vacuumed, the carpet was dirty as well as in the hallway area going to my room. It needed vacuumed in that area as well.
The first night in the room, there were strands of hair in the shower as well as smudges on the bathroom mirror. I could see that the floor had not been swept. The pillow cases on the bed l slept in, did not look clean and had a very strong odor on them. I did tell the desk clerk the following morning of my concerns. Upon returning to the room that evening, the bathroom had been cleaned and the pillow cases had been replaced. That made a tremendous difference and l had a much better night sleep. I appreciated the clerk taking my concerns seriously. He was very polite.

The bed was very comfortable, large room & bathroom. The reception staff were very professional & friendly.

Cons:

The shower is poorly designed. You have to get inside the shower to turn it on which means you will immediately be hit with cold water. Also the soap bottles are very high on the wall which makes it hard for shorter people to reach.

I’ll start booking with another hotel.

It was conveniently located.

Cons:

The air in our room wasn’t working properly. It was on 75 when we checked in at 4:00. I moved it to 70 and the following morning at check out it was only to 73. It would turn on for 5-15 minutes and then be off for 10-15 minutes at a time. It being so hot and muggy in the room coupled with the air turning on and off so frequently led me and my wife to not get to sleep until after 3:00 am. The breakfast was lackluster, where Hampton Inn breakfasts used to be fantastic. When we told the staff that the air wasn’t working, there was no apology just an “okay, thanks.

Paying almost $400 for one night...DO BETTER!!!!!
Pros:

Location was great. Right across the street from a nice plaza, and very close to shopping and fine dining. Rooms were great, and bathroom was beautiful!!

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. The only decent item was the waffles, because you could cook them fresh. They only had horrible tasting sausage, and burnt biscuits, gravy, and stuck oatmeal for hot items. Plates and plastic wear were very cheaply made. For this price, the included breakfast should be muchhh better. We normally stay at one of the suites just a few doors down, on that same strip, and their breakfast is always superb. My kids love the included breakfast option, so I always pick hotels with it and normally use the same two. Decided to try the Hampton instead for this trip and was veryyy disappointed with that. Also we had to get on a wait list for towels, rooms were not ready until 3.5 hours after check-in time, and fresh towels never came. Hampton at almost $400 a night...umm DO BETTER!!!
