A great stay at a great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, hot and good variety. Staff were friendly as well with the exception of one lady who at one point declined my party from being able to fill up water at the breakfast station, saying there was no water even though there was. That is a minor point however as in general, the hotel was fantastic, offering a great location to Cedar Point nearby and just really comfy and clean rooms in general.

Cons:

Honestly, besides the lady mentioned before (which in of itself is a minor point), the stay was fantastic. We were a bit surprised housekeeping didn't really make any of the beds each day, but did provide extra towels when asked. Perhaps we were unfamiliar with the arrangements here.

Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed for valuing their guests.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and even went above and beyond to reunite us with our forgotten llama from this stay.

The staff at this facility are such wonderful human beings and genuinely poured their soul into giving us a wonderful experience. Thank you for getting our daughter’s llama back safe and sound.

Pros:

Price was decent

Cons:

The front desk staff was awful upon arrival. Trash was not emptied in our room. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Beds were terribly uncomfortable for everyone. Crack across the ceiling. Sprinklers in room were broken. Curtains torn.
This will be the last time ever staying here. Last year was just fine. It has gone way downhill since.
