Muy agradable experiencia
Pros:

Excelente experiencia. Todo muy bonito, limpio y moderno. Los muebles están muy bien cuidados. Desde que se ingresa al hotel se siente una muy buena impresión. A mi esposa y a mi nos encantó. La pasamos muy bien!! SUPER RECOMENDADO.

Our stay was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Did not like toilets and how they flush it took us a while to figure out.
I also did not like they only had one staff member working, you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed but she was great and polite.

My son's 12th birthday trip
Pros:

I like the fact that it's close to shopping and restaurants. This is my go to hotel anytime I am in the Dallas area.

Cons:

The room I had this go around seemed like it was lacking proper lighting. It seemed dark. The bathroom needed some fixing up.

It was clean but front desk staff could be more welcoming.
Pros:

Compared to the last Quintas I’ve stayed out this location was clean which is something I appreciated.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly at all. We arrived and weren’t even greeted. When we complained about an issue we were having the guy just looked at us and said “ok. I think they were more concerned about being on their phones.

Pros:

Meets my value goal for a 1 night stay

Cons:

While it's a modern facility, it's not as well kept as it could be. That said, out of the 3 in the direct area it rates 2 out of 3 for me. Price is always in the value column.

Over all the stay was great.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked that you someone was assigned to serve brekfast.

Cons:

The pool room was extremely hot. Felt like a sauna
