Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Would need to pay me to stay here again. Disgusting.

Staff barged into my room at 830 in the morning demanding to know why I was in my room because they didnt have a record of me checking into my room.

My stay was overall comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was overall clean and comfortable.
Plenty of parking spaces.
The location made it convenient to go to the restaurant which was adjacent to the hotel and it was close to the shopping center.

Cons:

The shower tub had stains and the bottom boards were chipped.
The carpet was a bit worn.
The hair dyer and pressing iron were missing.

Cons:

lazy staff, locked out of room twice because key didn't work. complimentary coffee was luke warm. zero house keeping for the 3 day stay. the bathroom door wouldn't shut at all. stains all in carpet. apparently something bad happened the second night in a room below ours, firetruck and police and people outside until midnight. I ask the desk clerk if we were safe and she laughed and said yes, however, it was very un comfortable. elevators also didn't work. the ice machine near by closest to the room was completely gone. overall stay was less than ok. will not stay there again.

Place was unclean, smelled like sewer and toilet would not flush.

Nothing stood out besides easy access to jump on the interstate to leave.

The initial room assigned to us appeared to be occupied or had not been prepared. Upon entry, we were fortunate that no guest was present; however, the bed was unmade, the lights were on, and the room had not been cleaned. Believing we had entered another guest’s quarters, we immediately exited. We were relocated to a second room near the office and pool, which was similarly unsatisfactory and inadequately cleaned. The bathroom floor contained discarded false eyelashes, and the toilet was nonfunctional. Because we had a business engagement that evening, we proceeded with our plans and did not discover the plumbing issue until our late return. We avoided using the bedding and departed at 3:00 a.m. due to a pervasive odor consistent with a sewer backup. We will not recommend this establishment or stay there in the future.

El desayuno es sencillo pero rico, la ubicacione s muy buena ya que si vas de compras todo queda accesible hay una ross literalmente caminando.

Cons:

La recepcionista de la tarde un poco especial, hablaba en español pero si no queria te hablaba en ingles pero se volteaba y hablaba español... no se si lo hacia por hacerte sentir mal.

I didn't go down for breakfast because...why?
Pros:

It was a building with walls and floors. The price was good.

Cons:

No working elevator, the key card didn't work, so I had to walk back down the stairs for help. The woman in charge was very nice...as was the woman who had to come show me how to turn off the water in the tub. Not a drop of hot water. so no relaxing hot shower before bed. There was creepy writing on the wall in the bathroom and on the front window curtain...writing.
