El personal es muy atento, te regalan un trago para estar en el bar o la piscina, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.
El baño espacioso, y adecuado para pareja , o familia.
Super callado, entonces eso te permite descansar

Las habitaciones son limpias, el desayuno cumple y la ubicacion al estadio Alamodome esta mas que genial.
A pesar de que llegamos temprano, nos entregaron nuestra habitación ya casi a las 6 pm, cuando el check in es a las 4 pm, no nos ofrecieron algo de compensación como a los estadounidenses (tragos gratuitos, cena, etc), me cobraron el estacionamiento aun que me dejaron en un cajon donde solo se permite estar 15 minutos y por ende no podiamos salir con miedo a perder nuestro cajon que ya nos habian cobrado alrededor de 90 dlls.
I liked all the amenities at the property and at the actual room we booked.
It being downtown made it busier than anticipated.

The room was very nice and good sized. The beds were comfortable and overall, very clean.
Double charge for parking, At Check in they took $100 extra out for incidentals' and advised that the parking fee would be taken out of this on checkout, then that night I received notice they had charged an additional fee for parking separate from the original check in amount. The pool had some draw backs, having a child with us and then having people in the pool itself drinking and eating and then the hot tub filled with small children.
La ubicación excelente, se encuentra muy cerca del River walk, me gustò que caminando llego con facilidad a todos los lugares. Frente ahí esta el Dannys también es muy buena opción para quienes no quieren moverse mucho de lugar.
El servicio muy malo, me sorprendió la hostilidad de su interacción con nosotros los huéspedes, desde la llegada, la estancia sucia y sillones deteriorados, y la puerta de entrada principal no se abría, donde me acerco mas para tratar de abrir, fue hostil al decir: " Estas dañando mi puerta" sin decir "un usted disculpe, estamos teniendo problemas con la puerta, lamentamos el inconveniente. Pense que era con nosotros, pero conforme llegaban la atención nunca fue amable.
Honestamente los del lobby lamentablemente no son amables, no hay buenos días, y al retirarse igual, no son amables, fue otra chica también hostil. Desconozco el tipo de capacitación que tienen ahí, pero me queda claro que no llevan el servicio a cliente a la practica. Seria bueno una capacitación al personal de recepción.
