Some things were good and some need to improve
Pros:

The Ambiance was good. Pool facility was good. Food was good

Cons:

Seatings in front of the reception were not attractive; there should be Chesterfield-style seating to make a good first impression. The washing area in the room was a bit congested and similarly around the table was only one chair for three of us.

We are extremely disappointed, in all honesty I wouldn’t even pay $100 per night, we spent $355
Pros:

The only good things unfortunately were the breakfast, the nice smelling body soap and the white towels
There is absolutely nothing else good to say sadly.

Cons:

Window handles falling off
Poo on toilet seat
Hair on mattress
Long black hairs on bath mat
Carpet literally damaged and coming up
Photos on website show park, our view was a road
Place is literally falling apart
Heater cable heats up so hot it’s dangerous
Front door is so hard to open you need literally bang and push it to open
Shower head old and gross
Finger prints all over glass door cabinet

Value and a great stay in Rotorua
Pros:

Staff were great. Hot spa, bar and restaurant were good condition.

Cons:

All is good. Older building so will need to upgrade here and there.

Cons:

Was not a pleasant experience trying to order drinks in the bar. It felt like we were annoying the staff member and no option to start a tab was given.
