Everything was terrible - the creatures scratching in the aircon intake to get out was excruciatingly debilitating.
The most disgusting, dirty, revolting establishment I have seen for a long time.

My room was $627- for 2 nights but after my return back home the transaction was changed to $700-
Pros:

Breakfast was rubbish.. same thing everyday.. you have veg curry but no roti, expected to eat with bread. Also who eats dhal and rice for breakfast. Get your breakfast menus sorted.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not worth paying

Nothing much to like, first impressions was the unorganised staff member.

Cons:

It used to be a good place to stay but the property looks outdated, rooms were dirty, not enough lighting in the room, we got rooms 400+ end side of the building, the back doors seemed gemmed, fly screen was so filthy dirty, there were dogs roaming around outside at the back. When we arrived there was no porter to take our luggage, the staffs were unorganised she couldn’t even find our booking. The bed sheets were very small and the single bed was way too small.

Comfortable and convenient stay!
Pros:

Convenient location close to the Nadi international airport. Shops within walking distance and the beautiful view of sunrise over the mountains.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a refresher. Bathroom fixtures especially and pool area feels a little outdated.

The highlight was definitely the staff who were all so welcoming and helpful. The daytime view from the restaurant was lovely. There is also a souvenir store on site that is nice.

Cons:

Everything else, this is an extremely dated hotel, carpet in the room is fraying and musky. It is hard to tell from the pictures on the booking. Overall the rooms are in desperate need of complete makeover. The water pressure was terrible, little to no pressure at all while showering, the lighting in the room is white light that comes from a big wall light and lamps, nothing on the ceiling so it’s very harsh and in your face this made it less restful for our family’s final night in Fiji.

Comfortable and convenient but definitely not four star material
Pros:

Staff breakfast was included and I liked my room as it was quiet and close to the pool

Cons:

The food !!! Fish was frozen snapper from nz !!!! And tasted like cardboard
I had to eat away from hotel as food was awful and very expensive breakfast was good though loved my omelette every morning

Needed a break from my adventures before coming home and Novotel provided this, will stay again.
Pros:

Nice spread for breakfast, good sized rooms. Grounds were kept in good order. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any request/questions.
