All bedbug everywhere, didn’t clean the bed
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon check-in, we walked into a room that was completely uninhabitable, deeply uncleaned, and presented a severe health hazard. The space was heavily infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, and the room clearly had not been cleaned, featuring blood stains and appalling conditions.
When we immediately went to the front desk to request another room, the staff informed us that none were available. Because of these deplorable, unsanitary conditions, we were forced to leave early, suffering physical bites and an immense amount of stress.
To make matters worse, despite being assured by staff that we would receive a refund, weeks have passed and we are still waiting with zero resolution. Management needs to take full accountability for this catastrophic failure in basic hygiene and guest safety. Do not stay here.

The room was dirty. The card key would not work to open the door. Every time we left the room beds were uncomfortable mold on the restroom not enough supplies, roaches everywhere. The bottom of the door was not sealed correctly and bugs were coming in TV wouldn’t turn off broken remote, very dusty and dirty. When we went to breakfast, everything was out even when it was early.

Shower pressure was like a pressure washer and very limited space for showering. That was the only issues. Bed and everything else was fine.

The shower had a bunch of hair in the tub and the water didn’t go

I was treated well at the front desk by the individual. The room(s) were clean. The refrigerator was not cooling, but i unplugged it, when we left the room for the even, came back, and it was cooling. The shower tub was not draining when I was taking a shower, and the caulking around the tub dirty, and not properly sticking to the wall. The towels felt like sand paper.The front door was not locking properly, and so, I had to push it firmly, to make it lock, plus, there was a crack between the door and door frame, where you could see the light through the crack.
The rooms need to be remodeled or worked on. The first impression should be a smile, to make customers feel welcomed.
