La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

Everything!!! This place breeds to be fumigated for bed bugs!!! When I entered the room it was trash on the floor right at the door dead bed bugs on the floor!! I turned right strong went to the office canceled my stay and went to the SPARK GIRL BY HILTON! I know someone who stayed there that got bitten by the bed bugs!!! Just a nasty place.. Waiting on my refund!!!

Nothing was cleaned, walls were peeling, bathroom tub was clogged, no soap, locks were non functioning

Dusty, had 2 beds and only 1 bed had a blanket, ac didn’t work , there was crack on the wall , there was cobweb on the walls , the bed was broken , both bed would slide, the luggage rack was broken , the toilet seat was broken, no coffee in the room , no cups , no soaps or shampoo, not worth the amount of money. Crazy that you need to take pictures and you know that room was not clean that why the front desk rep walked by , just seem I did not have any privacy

Room was filled with holes and bugs, sheets had cigarette burn marks and had holes, mold in restroom floor and ac unit was broken from outside and you could see inside

Have been to many La Quinta’s around the country and this is a poor representation of this chain. The rooms were ok and pretty clean but there were still paint spots on the newer flooring and attention to detail was poor. When asked if the exterior would be remodeled soon, the front desk clerk said no. Beds were comfortable and sheets nice, clean and crisp.

No estaba limpio completamente, a veces pedía que hicieran el servicio porque yo estaba en la habitación y no pasaban a limpiar, el baño no tenía extractor y la bañera tardaba mucho en retirar el agua de la regadera. Había ocasiones en las que no me dejaban rollo de papel

My stay was disappointing, to say the least. Housekeeping never properly cleaned my room, made the beds, or changed the bed linens. The only thing they did was remove the dirty towels and replace them with clean ones. The shower ceiling was peeling, and the door frame and locks were in poor condition, making the room feel unsafe and poorly maintained. Honestly, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable and felt ghetto. The only reason I stayed here was the convenient location near the Air Force base where my son’s graduation ceremony was held. For such a special occasion, I expected a clean, comfortable, and secure place to stay. Unfortunately, the location was the only positive part of my experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

The property looked dirty, but for the price it was fine....Didnt serve any fruit for breakfast or butter for the bread....It seemed like only junk food; waffles, cereal mainly....The coffee machine was nice though!

The exterior of the building where my room was needs a face lift.
