Our third stay at this hotel, a good reliable choice.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other major tourist areas. Outdoor area for a drink and afternoon tea was lovely.

Wonderful stay and great location.
Pros:

Wonderful staff who made you feel very welcome with nothing being too much trouble. The location was perfect for walking through the parks and for the sights such as Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. Just 2mins walk to the theatre for ‘Cabaret’.

Excellent location, historic building.

Cons:

Rude and dismissive front desk staff, consistent confusion over whether my room included breakfast. Scruffy corridors and lifts. Miserly provision of coffee in rooms (only two pods). Very tired bathroom.
