Magnifique endroit, exceptionnel.
Pros:

MAGNIFIQUE: Tout était parfait, nous avons eu une chambre lit king qui pouvait être séparés en deux lits et avec vue sur le jardin. L’hôtel est très bien située tout près de la tamise, face au London Eye, de trafalgar square, à pied de Covent garden, soho , etc..nous tout fait à pieds pendant 6jours. Nous avons aussi adoré la gentillesse du personnel, et une salutation particulière à monsieur Million pour avoir répondu à toutes nos questions. Vraiment un endroit tranquille , bien insonorisé, exceptionnel. Ceci devient mon pied à terre à Londres.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Book early to get better deals.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming..the hotel is perfectly situated in London. Close to the tube .. and taxis very available. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and service.

Cons:

Housekeeping was very efficient..our room was always spotless. Our only problem was that we requested 4 bath towels,and got them,only to have them removed the next day 🤣🤣🤣..so we requested them again and got them only to have them removed again 🤪🤪..A little frustrating but not a deal breaker.

Good quality hotel in great location
Pros:

Very good, comfortable hotel with great breakfast and quiet location for Churchill War Rooms, London Eye, Trafalgar Square/ National Gallery and theatres.

Cons:

Bed was slightly too firm for my liking although it didn’t prevent a good night’s sleep.

Overhaul its hardly 5 start hotel.
Pros:

quite a good location

Cons:

Very small rooms, almost no wardrobe . Staff are very strict, even for one 1 stay i paid almost for full day, despite i arrived a day later and they kept whole day payment (i've asked them to reschedule without success). I even wasn't allowed to gym or anywhere after kicking me out to change the cloth, so i had to attend the conference with a travel cloth.

Pros:

The rooms are quite small.

During our five-day stay, the garden was only opened for breakfast on one morning, which was disappointing. I also wanted to have a meal at the terrace or at a restaurant with a view, but I was told it was closed.

There is also a strange design issue with the toilet: you have to close the toilet lid every time you want to flush because the lid blocks the flush button. It is a clear design flaw and quite inconvenient.

Only two of the three elevators were working, and on one day, only one elevator was operational. This caused guests to crowd around and inside the elevator and made getting around the hotel frustrating.

On the positive side, the hotel’s WhatsApp communication service was excellent. We received quick and helpful responses to all our questions and requests.

The breakfast was also very good and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
