Good location but needs modernisation
Pros:

The location was convenient.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied.

Cons:

My room had no natural light and it was sweltering hot. The aircon couldn’t cope with the heat despite being turned to the lowest temperature. There was no USB socket to charge my phone, only an IPod dock!!!

Pros:

Perfect location. Easily walkable to South Bank, West End and 2 min walk from underground and rail stations. The room was large, comfortable. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch.

Cons:

Quite expensive - even for location and facilities.

Une odeur récurrente dans la salle de bain, certainement le panier du siphon de la douche mal enfoncés ( c’est classique)

Great central place, little expensive but worth it.
Pros:

Location was excellent i.e. close to my work location for 1 day.
My partner had to use the room for work so wifi was excellent and all was completed successfully.
Close to cafes, restaurants, sights, trains/tubes, parks, theatre land so excellent all-round.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
