Possibly would stay again but I would like to know why that loud blaring sound happened it was super scary as we were in

Very quiet at night not street noise or maybe I didn’t hear nay because I was on the 9th floor. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Booked this that same day I needed to check in. Check in said it was 4pm luckily I showed up told them I had a booked a room I was in my room before 2pm 🙂

Cons:

Only one thing and i totally forgot to mention it an ask about it. Around 4am there was a very loud sound kind of like a fire alarm 🚨 but it seemed to be only our room. It really scared us we were deep asleep and our first thought was something going on. Also parking is $18

Stayed at this location due to proximity to VTA station, would not stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and I was able to get it included in my booking.com reservation. It was not worth $22 if I had to pay for it separately. The eggs and oatmeal were good, the pastries were not fresh. The gentleman working the breakfast service was nice.

Cons:

The $18 for parking is completely OVERPRICED and RIDICULOUS. The room smelled very musty when we first arrived and we had to open the window and max the AC to get the smell out. The bathtub didn't drain and we had to have housekeeping come and fix it. We requested more towels from the front desk, but that took so long that we ended up asking a maid in the hallway for some towels on her cart.

Good value hotel, in a good location for the airport.
Pros:

Good location, with friendly staff. Check in was quick and efficient, and my IHG status was recognised and a late checkout available.

Cons:

The bathroom had not been cleaned well, and there were serveral dark hairs around the toilet and on the floor.

Pros:

Check in was great. Shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Breakfast was good with good variety.

Cons:

On the Sunday we checked in only one elevator was working so it was a little inconvenient. They had the repairs completed Monday morning.

I did not like being advised of a parking fee after I had booked it. I got two different emails one stating $15, the other stating $18.
