Cons:

The staff kept looking at us as if we had done something wrong or as if we were going to steal something. It made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

We had paid for our stay, and I understand that the hotel has rules regarding noise, but I don’t believe that justified the way we were treated. I have stayed at hotels many times and have always had good experiences, so this was very disappointing, especially because it was my first time experiencing this kind of treatment.

We were eventually asked to leave the room, even though we had paid for our stay.

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, everything you need for an airport hotel.
Pros:

Staff was great. Bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and modern. There was a self serve "mini mart" in the lobby which was nice. Free airport shuttle and a lobby bar.

Cons:

I had no complaints about my stay.

I will never stay in this particular holiday inn again.
Pros:

Not much!

Cons:

First there was a “charge “ for parking second there was no continental breakfast, if I wanted coffee it was 4 dollars and if I wanted for free I was told to do it in the room at no cost, and finally the maintenance of shower was very poor.

Good but expensive.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, nice little pool area, food at the bar was very good

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated, they had a large party on the Saturday night we struggled to get parked when we paid for parking and then it was loud late into the night

the staff of the restaurant/bar was very friendly

Cons:

the reception do not want me print out my invoice over my whole stay! I paid already in front to booking.com, but hotelreception can not print or send any recipt, because i paid to booking.com.
Booking.com said, i should contact the hotel for any invoice or recipt. Is that teally leagal?
I paid for a stay in a hotel, but not anyone wants give me a recipt - thats why i am so angry about both, hotel and booking.com.
In other hotels is that no problem, why only in this hotel? or is that only the reason of employid of reception?
