Never again
Pros:

Not clean, lots of things, broken, low maintenance

Cons:

The front desk was very, very polite and nice, they really try hard to help me with Wi-Fi although the Wi-Fi didn’t work

Pros:

Room.size is good. Bed comfortable. , reception entrance is good. Staff is nice. Location is good.room facilities like available iron is good.

Cons:

No dedicated rooms/floors for visitors with pets, so no good smell and hear dog barking for hours. Smell in the coridors not good or smell insecticide. Breakfast quality is VERY bad. Food to order is very bad, odered a pizza in the reception bar, it was like a frozen bad smelly pizza which is not cooked enough ended in the trash bin.

As usual thank you Holiday Inn for another trip you have become my home away from home.
Pros:

Location and staff is always nice

Cons:

My room was not the cleanest this time around. I did find chip crumbs on the ground not many but a few and by the AC/heater unit underneath you could see someone threw a fork underneath it.
