El personal, por algún motivo que nunca explicaron, no estaba reserva de un día adicional. Y el trato fue horrible.

I was charged for a parking space that I did not use. I was not aware that I was charged until a caught an email stating that I was charged $70 per day. I tried calling parking personal but no one would answer call. I was forced to spend time in a long line at lobby to speak to hotel personal in order to get charges removed. Additionally, T.V was not working in room. This was another situation I had to mention at lobby. No discount nor partial refund was offered by OMNI Hotel personal. Room price was high considering the issues encountered. Next time, I will locate different hotel.

They gotta add more staff for late checkin , It was very crowded the night of Egypt/Argentina game. Huge lines of clinets waiting to check in and they only had 2 staff ,members!!
