Pros:

Great location. Unfortunate wake-up
Pros:

The location was fabulous for going to a concert at the arena.

Cons:

Someone knocked on our door at 8:30 am. Then left before I could open it. Then a few minutes later a very loud long repetitive message about an emergency lifted was blasted over the intercom. When asked I was told it was just a test. That was a horrible way to wake up after a late concert. Especially being brushed off as no big deal from such a highly rated hotel.

Our stay was better than expected !
Pros:

It was in the center of everything we wanted to do. Did not have to drive at all and the walks were extremely short! And the food available on the property was good.

Cons:

Valet is $70 a night. We paid it but still.

We had a very nice experience and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect because we were attending an event at State Farm Arena. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the city.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk from the stadium, which made everything so convenient. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was that this was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that charged for the internet in the room. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
