Was very close to my event
I couldn’t find anyone to help me find where I need to go
It was near attractions that I could walk to. The staff was friendly and inviting. Very clean and accommodating. 10/10
Couldn’t get my complementary WiFi to work however I didn’t give it much of a good try and I was going to try to work on vacation and I never asked for help… this is not a fair rating….
Location, offerings, cleanliness
$75 PER night parking !!
Blocking off main area around
Restaurant, mini store around 10 every night to clean floors. It’s still too busy at that time & the bathrooms are in this area. Wait at least until restaurant closes - more around midnight when foot traffic is low

Location was close to our concert venue of the Mercedes Stadium
Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Neither did the vending machine.
It was convenient to where we were going.
The overnight parking was pricey. $70.00 a night.

Staff was great. Unfortunately downtown Atlanta has a homeless issue. I stayed at the Omni due to the fact that I wanted to be in walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Food was not good. Not many good restaurants in the area.
It was perfect location for our short walk to music concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Great Smash Burger & drinks at Top Draft Sports Lounge rooftop bar. Very comfortable bed, beautiful view of Centennial Park, awesome customer service everywhere!

I love everything about this hotel the rooms were nice to me was beautiful the location was exceptional
The only thing that I did not like was parking. Parking is valet parking only that you must pay an additional $70 a night and its not include your stay
Clean, great view
No stopper for the tub, moldy wallpaper at tub, TV guide wouldn’t work
