Pros:

Spacious room, quick response by staff

Cons:

There was hair on the walls of the shower and bags of dirty towels and trays of dirty dishes in the hallway left there the entire day. I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself.

Very nice hotel that is clean and updated with helpful staff
Pros:

The property was very clean, staff was awesome and the food inside was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated very tastefully. Centrally located with a lot to do around.

Birthday weekend at The Omni
Pros:

The view was amazing and the location was awesome & very convenient. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. The valet parking was wonderful & convenient as well.

Cons:

We arrived late for check-in due to reservations at other establishments and the room wasn't ready for check-in after 3 hrs. The heat was working in the room(North Tower) and we had to relocate to another room in the South Tower at 1am....it was very tiresome. The food(breakfast) we ordered from the restuarant was delivered late & was very cold.
