Everyone was wonderful
Big room and good breakfast

A beautiful room and common areas.
The bar and restaurant on site had reasonably priced meals and drinks.
All staff we dealt with were friendly.

Cleanliness and the staff was Amazing

I had a unique room - the fitness room. They only have a few but it is a king size room combined with a small workout area with an exercise bike, free weights, exercise ball and a few other items. The room is very good sized. The bed was super comfy and the toilet was taller than most which helps if you are tall. The breakfast buffet was good and it was nice to have real plates instead of paper.
The interior hallways were freezing however and we had to pay $15 for parking in the ramp. There are limited spaces on the street.
My family and I never received a room, but had our money taken off my card at the Double Tree Hilton in Canton at their front desk. Very rude people, couldn't help me with a room nor my money back. So I will never reserve a room here ever again.
I wished the people could've been more understanding that me, along with my family had just came into town and had no where to stay because of Double Tree by Hilton in Canton
