The bed was fine

Cons:

Heavy steel doors slamming all night long.not sure if they were being slammed shut but there's no cushioning on them. Big disappointment there. Why can't you offer complimentary breakfast. At the price you pay that should be a given.

Was convenient location. Stay was underwhelming due to poor quality and cleanliness.

Lack of cleanliness, no towel service or daily room pickup. Previous tenants food was in refrigerator. Multiple rooms due to construction and Mold. The bedding did not fit the mattress, window was leaking water. No towel service. Had to go to front desk for everything. Room was dirty, after already being moved from two rooms we settled.

Would have been great had we been placed on a different floor. Especially being that we has just drove 18 hours.

The property itself was nice and clean.

Cons:

We were given a room on the same floor and across from rooms checked out to a group of partying underage kids. I called down to the front desk around midnight. Someone came up, asked them to quiet down. It lasted about ten minutes and started up again until about 3am. Nothing like trying to fall asleep when a room door keeps opening and slamming shut. Drunk kids laughing and messing around in the hallway.

Very nice
Pros:

We had a light breakfast service and the food were great. The bed was so comfortable I slept so well.

Cons:

I have idea it was rewarding I would recommend others to stay there.

Good value and close to fun things
Pros:

Clean, nice sized rooms, free parking, close to food options, and the restaurant downstairs has good food. Close to the zoo and art museum.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Loved the coffee shop!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Well our Air Conditioner did not work but the maintenance man was able to “put a bandaid on it” to get us through the night (room # 505) He was very pleasant and did what he could for us.

The bar area was great . The bar tender was fantastic and the food was really good Odor in the room
Cons:

There was a horrible odor in the a cross between mildew and cat urine. Maintenance man sprayed but odor returned 10 minutes later. My room was not ready I had to suggest we get another room.
