Good value and close to fun things
Pros:

Clean, nice sized rooms, free parking, close to food options, and the restaurant downstairs has good food. Close to the zoo and art museum.

Bathroom was a bit small but sufficient.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Loved the coffee shop!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Well our Air Conditioner did not work but the maintenance man was able to “put a bandaid on it” to get us through the night (room # 505) He was very pleasant and did what he could for us.

The bar area was great . The bar tender was fantastic and the food was really good Odor in the room
Cons:

There was a horrible odor in the a cross between mildew and cat urine. Maintenance man sprayed but odor returned 10 minutes later. My room was not ready I had to suggest we get another room.

The pool was wonderful and relaxing.
The room was clean and neat.
Well decorated in updated decor.
The whipped feta and charcuterrie board were great.
The bar and selection of Scotch and Gin were wonderful. Great service from the lovely bartenderesses.

Cons:

Bathroom was small and cramped.
Food in the restaurant was not up to par for the class of the facilities - we expected better quality.
There was a fire alarm incident and the communication to the guest was very poor. We were not informed what to do and when we could return to our rooms. There was no explaination as to what happened.

No soap - we asked the front desk, they said they’ll deliver it - they did not.
Breakfast at the restaurant: we waited for our food for 50 minutes. The coffee was cold. They took over 30 minutes to deliver the cream.
