Pros:

I’d rather go pitch a tent up in skid row, rather go stay with the mole people under Vegas!

Cons:

Run! Run! Away from this trash hole! The cheap price is not worth it!!!!Bums hanging around the entire hotel. The empty swimming pool. The caution tape leading you to stairwell. The floors in the rooms were dirty. The latch lock in our room was broken off! The trash can on the side of the hotel was over flowing into the road. The back entrance door didn’t work so we had to pack all of our luggage from the front. Half of the hotel is under renovation, and from the reviews I read in my shitty bed the first night, seems like they’ve been renovating for a long time. Holes on the wall and roof in the hallways. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Just find somewhere else even if it's a bit more expensive
Pros:

It was nice quality time with my wife away from the kid

Cons:

They didn't even give us the room we had paid for or own when close to it, the pool area was closed the room was dirty, construction everywhere, the staff that helped me was kind of disrespectful

This facility was under construction, the walls are thin and neighbors can be heard through them. 1 trash in entire room. The ac was so noisy we had to shut it off completely.

Under construction that was not mentioned, trash everywhere, construction debris, couldn’t even watch tv because there was no power plug and no remote. When I asked for a power plug I was told I would I have to wait for maintenance to show up. It was a scary area with scary people around. The bathroom smelt like urine and was not clean. There were hairs all over the towels and the door to the room was almost impossible to open and close. When asked for concessions or refunds I was told it was not possible. I paid $300 for 1 night and it was the worst experience and stay I have had.

Pros:

They are remodeling and there was a mess and hammer as expected. But no mention of this when making resorvations. The pool was closed and the gym. They also charged me $150. Deposit for 3 nights. I would of appreciated a heads up on all of that before hand. I've never been charged that much of a deposit not was I told there would be a deposit.

Convenient short stay hotel.
Pros:

Location was good, we were visiting family at a local Rehab center. Plus there were several restaurants near the hotel.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Easy off and on the Hi way.

Cons:

Hotel was in the middle of a building project. Our room had been redone, yet details were not finalized.
Paint flecks and dust in our room. There was an area for the fire detector to be installed but it hadn't been placed yet.
Breakfast was Ok, good coffee and juice, some hot items but no fresh fruit. Needed an extra trash can in the bedroom.
