Horrible when you can't even have milk and juice especially on a Sunday

We woke up Sunday to no orange juice no apple juice we opened the door on it they were both empty we felt really bad because there were kids in there trying to pour cereal into bowls and realize there was no milk either we went to the front desk he said sorry we're out of juice unacceptable for a Sunday especially depriving kids believe that waiver to yield what the food that's not good a lot of kids didn't Eat or have juice

Pros:

Nothing. It even smelled bad. Everything is under construction and there’s hazards everywhere. The ac doesn’t work. The pool is closed. It feels sketchy and cheap.

Staff needs to be more pleasant and friendly! I come to the conclusion it must ne an Utah thing. Everyone there is rude!

The room was remodeled, the quality was not so good, but was somewhat remodeled.

Cons:

Staff were rude. Every person working the front did not welcome you in, nor did the speak! Was under construction the whole purpose we booked this place was because of the pool. Was not up and running. Breakfast was not good. Had cereal with no milk, orange juice and apple juice was just water. For the most part, the waffles were probably the best part they were doing construction, so the whole breakfast place was full of dust and was not very comforting. They only had like three small tables. I understand that they were remodeling, however, I feel like they could’ve done a better job prepping the whole hotel. My room was full of dog hair and the tub and sink did not drain, I spoke to the girl working and she did nothing.

Cons:

The pool had no water, the room floor was dirty and we didn't have a remote to watch TV. I asked front desk 3 times for a remote and they said maintenance was the only one who could bring us a remote and we never got one. It was just a bad experience for me and my boys.
