Both the room and the bathroom was clean, the beds were very comfortable, there were sufficient towels and other bathroom amenities. Even the hot water is great (if that is something important to the traveler, especially during fall and winter). The room even had a closet, ironing board, microwave, a medium-sized fridge, television,plenty of drawers, and a writing desk with light. Overall, with the prices of under $100 a night, you would be getting a great deal for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Finally, the breakfast is a good starter: waffles, toast, cereal, sausage patties, hard-boiled eggs, pastries and other breakfast snacks to accommodate your coffee, juice, milk, etc. The location is also convenient, for you’re at distance of less than a 5 minute walk to the train station that takes you directly to the capital (currently, $5 for a day pass, on a 20-25 minute ride (or more, depends on how far or where in the capital you want to go). In the vicinity you’ve got a Denny’s, an excellent Mexican restaurant called Mi Rico Burrito, Landmark Grill, a very good sushi/Japanese buffet called Sukiya, a shopping plaza with other places to eat/buy groceries (just after you walk under the overpass), a very convenient and affordable laundromat called WaveMax Laundromat (which accepts digital payments) and a whole bunch of variety of places to eat and shop less than 10 minutes on foot….and to top it all off, you’ve got a spectacular view of the mountains, especially when they shine pink at sunset.
In fairness, I arrived at the property while they were doing remodeling, and these things happen. I wish that this was posted on Booking when I paid for the reservation; it’s understandable that hotels undergo remodeling, at the cost of access to certain features, but you’ve got keep potential clients informed of this, wherever you promote your services. I was pretty bummed that the the pool was closed for my entire stay, and while it was a disappointment, it is not at all a big deal— not serious enough to discredit all the great things about the hotel.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to review this hotel.
The hygiene conditions are extremely poor. There was hair on the bedding, and the floor was clearly not cleaned and was very dirty. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear conversations and noises from downstairs, as well as the sound of someone next door playing TikTok videos on their phone.
On a weekend afternoon, someone who did not appear to be a staff member also knocked on my door. When I asked who it was, they said they had knocked on the wrong door.
I don’t know how safe this place is, but the poor cleanliness and complete lack of soundproofing are simply unacceptable.
absolutely nothing. the entire experience has been a nightmare.
place was under construction at the time of my stay, this was not advertised at the time of booking. the other reviews stating that there are crackheads in the parking lot roaming around are not misleading. phone was disconnected in the room. door did not lock. room was warm and humid.
staff was dismissive of my concerns, and worse, insistent that I was not entitled to a refund, even though I cancelled my reservation within 10 minutes of being shown my room. I was forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, which was not fun.
every part of this booking was as unacceptable as it could get. nearly a month later, the management at the property is still unwilling to refund the charge for the room I never used, or even respond to address the disputed charge.

Facility was under massive renovation and the breakfast was late and ok at best. When I'm on the road I want a decent
breakfast and served on time.
