Practical.
Pros:

beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. Room was clean but stark.

Cons:

bathroom was tiny. Could not shut the door if sitting on the toilet. facility was run down.

Within minutes of entering our room, an individual who did not identify himself buzzed and opened our door without first knocking or announcing himself. We had only just checked in, and this unexpected entry immediately made us uncomfortable. When we later encountered the same employee, he repeatedly apologized and again explained that he was performing a “room check.” During that conversation, he also referenced seeing us walking in the opposite direction toward our room before the incident.

While we understand there may be legitimate operational procedures, the combination of these events left us feeling uneasy, singled out, and targeted. Rather than feeling welcomed and secure, we felt uncomfortable enough that we no longer felt confident staying at the property.
We emailed the property and requested a refund but of course have heard nothing back.

It was close to the beach and restaurants.

Cons:

They moved us rooms because the first one was dirty. They are remodeling and whoever did the work did a really bad job. The floors were coming apart, and they were dirty.

Pros:

Pubic hair on the toilet, floors had holes and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Stains on the bathtub, check out hotel agent was on his phone the whole time sitting in the lobby chairs and took 10 minutes to tell us all we needed to do was leave the keys even after telling him we were checking out.

Pros:

Nothing. The room was dirty. A dirty sock in the bathroom. I told the employee and said she would get someone to clean it up. Never did. The room key card never worked. Horrible stay.
