Sauberes Hotel, mit grundlegenden Problemen

Sehr gute Lage, alles sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, werde dennoch nicht wieder einchecken.

Cons:

Personal am Check in überfordert. Falsche Information zum Befüllen der Minibar bekommen, denn die Minibar ist komplett leer. Individuelles Paket zum Befüllen war nicht möglich. Der Zimmerservice (Betten machen, neue Handtücher, etc) musste extra gezahlt werden in einem 5 Sterne Superior Hotel! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. 100 Euro Deposit für 2 Tage! Am letzten Tag Abbuchung vor dem Checkout. Ich wollte das Zimmer wechseln wegen massiven Wassergeräuschen. Erst hieß es, es geht nicht, dann kümmerte sich die scheinbar einzige kompetente Person (asiatischer Herkunft - ich weiß den Namen leider nicht) darum und siehe da, es ging.
Ja.. Schönes, sauberes Hotel… aber im Kern hackt es. Leider .

Aldığım hizmetten dolayı bir dahakine daha uygun fiyatlı bir otelde kalmayı tercih ederim.

Konumu oldukça iyiydi.

Cons:

Daha geniş kapsamlı ekipman olmasını isterdim. Diş fırçası ve macun gibi artık neredeyse her otelde olan şeyler yok. Minibarda hiçbir ikram yoktu, ücretli alabileceğiniz bir içecek ya da yiyecek bile, içtiğiniz kahvelerin yerine yenilerini her gün koymuyorlar. Aslında her gün standart bir oda servisi almıyorsunuz demek istiyorum. Bir gün daha iyiyken bir gün sırılsıklam olmuş el havlusunu bile değiştirmiyorlar
Küçük detaylar gibi görünebilir ancak bu kadar para ödeyince ve karşılığını alamayınca insan daha mutsuz oluyor. Sanırım otelin pahalı olmasının sebebi hizmetinden ziyade konumundan kaynaklanıyor.

Amazing hotel, convenient. I would come back for sure next time I visit Berlin!

The service and attention to details it’s incredible.
They even saw that I was tired from flying nonstop from South America and gave me my room earlier.
