Great little hotel in Paris - will be coming back!
Pros:

Such a great hotel! Have to admit, the outside doesn’t do the inside justice. Really cool art deco interior and super smooth music played in the reception / bar area.
Super comfortable beds - slept very well. Great size bathrooms, especially for Paris. Nice soaps/bodywashes/shampoos in the bathroom as well which is always a lovely touch.

Perfectly located for where we wanted to be (visiting family) - it’s in the 17th arrondissement so about a 20 min walk to arc de triumph. And other sites. 2 minutes from the metro station.
Very friendly staff at the hotel which is also nice. There is a little lift if you fear the Parisian staircases.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Convenient location near Wagram metro station; the hotel is comfortable and stylish, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Victoria. There are pleasant places for eating out nearby, and supermarkets just a few steps away. We would stay there again.

An excellent choice in the 14th Ar.
Pros:

A beautiful Parisian hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly, kind, understanding and helpful. The location was great and a short walk from Arc de Triomphe. We had the suite and it was beautiful, with an amazing view and mezzanine bedroom. There was also a convenience store right next door and restaurant options close by.

Charming hotel and team
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is full of character, as was our room. The team were very helpful and friendly. The location worked well for us and had easy access to supermarkets and so on. We wouldn't hesitate to go back, or to recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a short break.

Lage ist genial.

Cons:

Personal hat Probleme English zu sprechen. Einchecken war wieder katastrophal. Hat lange gedauert und man wusste wieder nicht was man machen sollt, obwohl ich schon zuvor im Hotel war.

Die Lage war top.

Cons:

Der Service ist sehr schlecht trainiert. English fällt schwer und das Einchecken war der Horror. Die Person an der Rezeption war völlig überfordert, sodass sich eine lange Schlange gebildet hat und der Prozess 45 Minuten gedauert hat.

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The location was excellent and just a 3 minute walk to the Metro station. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The lobby smelled amazing. The room was a little small but met our needs for the 6 nights. The view from the room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. If returning to Paris, we would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

The breakfast area was lovely but it was more of a continental breakfast than having a lot of hot options.
