Wonderful stay
Pros:

I want to highlight the hotel's location. There's a supermarket steps away, and it's no more than a 15-minute walk to the city's iconic buildings and museums, which should definitely be on your must-see list. The room is quite comfortable. The furniture and beds are very attractive. The beds are very comfortable, with clean sheets and plenty of pillows. Clean towels, a well-lit bathroom, working air conditioning, a large TV, a corner sofa, and generally everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly, and the customer service is excellent. We park the vehicle inside the hotel at an affordable price.

Pathetic service, dirty room

Cons:

O café da manhã é servido por um restaurante do hotel. No 1o dia, esperamos mais de uma hora para comer e ainda tivemos que escolher um prato sem poder repetir... estava um caos!

Easy and convenient.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is optimal for anyone taking public transportation. The room was clean and provided a good view of the neighborhood. The fridge was a useful part of the room. I have no complaints.

Pros:

Super emplacement. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux, on a le choix entre le buffet ou les plats de la carte du restaurant (brunch). Service de personnel parfait.

Cons:

Le stationnement est petit et les places sont limitées. Bruit des machines sur le toit dans la chambre au dixième étage. Wi-fi non sécurisé sans mot de passe?!

Super emplacement mais trop cher
Pros:

L’emplacement juste à côté des plaines Lebreton pour y voir un festival. La literie était aussi très confortable

Cons:

Le prix exagéré… le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas compris, les 50$ de stationnement. Il y avait quand même beaucoup de bruit. Un des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas ce qui fait qu’on attendait trop longtemps. À l’enregistrement aussi il y avait bcp de monde, mais au moins le réceptionniste était super sympa!

Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

Location was perfect, we were in town for Bluesfest and walked to the event with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our 1 night stay!

Cons:

The parking was disappointing. There wasn't a space available so we ended up parking across the street and paid a lot for it.

Superbe emplacement mais il faut payer le prix!
Pros:

Nous allions au Bluesfest donc c’était l’hôtel le plus proche. L’enregistrement était vraiment très long. Le type a la réception était vraiment très sympa et parlait français…

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre est exagéré 350$ par chambre, compter 25-30$ pour le déjeuner et j’ai payé 50$ pour le stationnement 18h! Tout est exagéré! La chambre était pas super propre, bcp de bruit!
