Great value for money
Pros:

Comfortable room, there was a bath, beds were very comfortable and plenty of warm blankets. Room setup was good

Cons:

Our second key card worked at first, but later that night, wouldn't work. Curtain let in too much light in the morning, and was woken up by the light at 7am when hoping to sleep in

Great value for money, friendly staff and ideal location
Pros:

Location was excellent, room was tidy and for the price this was amazing value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Our room on the fifth floor was very noisey from either a ventilation unit or heat pump. Nothing in the room was causing the noise. It wasn't even the bathroom extraction vent which ran constantly but was in addition to the other noise. Thankfully it was consistent so by the 2nd night it was almost like white noise. The street noise was also loud but that's to be expected in an older building in the middle of the city.

Pros:

I found the system of booking/cancelling/rebooking through two different agents very difficult and in the end paid for an extra three-bedded room. One of these rooms was very cold with no heater. As an 88yr old I appreciated being able to return to my room for another $70 to rest prior to flying out. the system for holding luggage was very helpful too and the staff pleasant.
