Another great stay. Central to our son and walking distance to town. Our room had everything we needed. Memoree. at the front desk gave exceptional service which we really appreciated.
Maybe sort out the rattling windows in 303. Also a hand towel would be god.
Good large sized bed. Staff were helpful as to what we could do to dispose of my husband's colostomy bags while we were there.
There was no electric blanket on the bed in the middle of winter. Had to ask for more blankets. Also got a heater.
No heating of any sort in the bathroom, no heated towel rail to help dry the towels. The step into the bath/shower was very deep and had to be very careful. Needed a hand rail on the wall to help with support so you didn't fall. Understood and was quite happy that our room would not be serviced for the 2 nights we were there, however we left the heater they gave us on while we went out for a while to keep the chill off the room, only to find that someone had been in our room while we were out and turned the heater off.
How the reception staff scream at you for your room number when you’ve already checked in without providing hotel identification and it’s breaches privacy yelling out loud for your room number in front of the general public. This was a big issue when they stopped one of our key cards from working. Upon confrontation they said they will ask everyone who walks through the front door their room number which is disgusting. They have the right to ask confidentially and quietly for this information only if you are going to use hotel facilities. I would strongly recommend not staying here if you value your privacy.
방이 아주 깨끗했고, 무엇보다 욕조에 뜨거운 목욕을 자주 할 수 있어서 몸의 피로를 풀기에 너무 좋았다. 위치도 도심과 떨어지지 않았고, 가까운 거리에 수퍼마켓 2곳과 1곳의 중국 음식점이 있어서 아주 편리한 위치였다.
아무래도 많은 도로가 만나는 곳의 한가운데에 있어서 평일 아침은 좀 시끄러웠다. 그리고, 일부 메트리스의 꺼짐이 있어서 교체가 좀 필요할 것으로 보인다.
