The lady at the front desk that checked me in she was lovely and the lady that checked me out she was lovely as well.
I didn't like my room it wasn't clean properly and had the smell of a second hand shop the t.v was worse.I could only get two channels if I was lucky. The curtain was filthy I didn't know how to change from bath to shower I had to keep the heater on the whole time I was there because If I turned it off I would've being freezing in my room.

Close to where we wanted to go to. Perfectly good hotel for a budget stay we couldn't fault at all. Really appreciated being able to make a drink and the milks in the wee fridge

Was in a good place, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Was clean and tidy. Staff that we did see were friendly. Great that it did have a bath as well as a shower over. Heater in room did a good job of keeping the room at a great temp.
Internet was terrible, would not work most of the time. TV would not work because of the internet. No fan in the bathroom and the window did not open so the steam could not get out. Left the bathroom extremely damp. We had to open the only window in the room to try to let some air in. Very high step into the bath for the shower, which was a slip hazard when getting out especially for shorter or elderly people. Hardly ever saw a staff member at reception, unless you stood there for a bit. Restaurant not open for breakfast. Was told it was only open for big groups. Parking for $25 per day is a bit rude. Most hotels have parking for guests.
