Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es war alles modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wirkte sauber.

Cons:

Reinigung erst nach 3 Nächten schafft die Situation, dass der Müll so lange im Zimmer bleibt, dass vorhandene Hygieneartikel leer sind und ich es erst während des Duschens bemerkte. Ein altes Handtuch vom Vorgänger hing noch im Bad.

Pros:

Habe das Hotel nur als Übernachtungsstopp auf der Durchreise gebucht. Schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett, netter Barbereich. Würde es beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder buchen.

Ok, aber in Summe nicht so wie erwartet bzw. die Bewertungen hoffen lassen.
Pros:

Personal durchgehend nett und höflich. Ansprechende Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten im allgemeinen.
Lage gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ruhigere Gegend.

Cons:

Nur alle drei Tage Zimmerreinigung bzw. Überprüfung ob Verbrauchsmaterialien aufgefüllt werden müssen. Klimabedienteil ohne Funktion. Kein Hinweis auf Selfservice an der Rezeption bei z.B. Kaffee/Tee.
Bei typischen Städtetouren mit 1-3 Übernachtungen führt das zu null Zimmerservice

Man hat leider das Gefühl, dass mit Hinweis auf Umwelt/Klimaschutz am Gast gespart wird, aber im Grunde Gewinnmaximierung im Vordergrund steht.
