Sehr schönes Businesshotel nahe Altstadt und Bahnhof
Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, Lobby und Restaurant sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Sofa. Wenn man das in die richtige Position geschoben hatte , war es sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch für jeden was dabei. Auch die Frühstückszeiten sehr flexibel für Business und Privatreisende.
Das Parkhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Großzügig mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer der höheren Kategorie stehen erst mit der garantierten Check in Zeit um 15 Uhr zur Verfügung. Wir waren 14 Uhr da, haben 30 min an der Bar gewartet. In dieser Zeit ist rein gar nichts passiert. Auch kein Anruf bei House keeping als Nachfrage, ob bereits ein Zimmer fertig wäre. In der Zwischenzeit sind munter andere Leute eingecheckt und auf die Zimmer geschickt worden.
Also haben wir das Auto in die Garage gestellt und sind in die Stadt gegangen. Interessant war, dass in den 3 Tagen nur eine Nacht ein Zimmer in unserem Flur belegt war. Es war also nicht zu verstehen, wieso man nicht 30 min eher Einchecken konnte.
Man sollte auch wissen, dass die Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen das erste Mal gereinigt und die Wäsche getauscht wird. Darüber wird man per Schriftstück auf dem Bett informiert. Sollte zwischendurch etwas benötigt werden, Kaffekapseln, Handtuch o. ä. kann man das an der Rezeption holen. Also das Handtuchtrocken bei Doppelbelegung war schon eine Herausforderung. Die Klimaanlage hat das allerdings möglich gemacht, wenn man ein Duschtuch in den Flur in die Garderobe gehängt hat.
Man wurde grundsätzlich vom Personal außer an der Rezeption nicht begrüßt. Wenn man selbst zuerst gegrüßt hat, war der Service verwundert. Kenn ich weltweit und auch in Deutschland anders.
Die Zimmer Nummer fürs Frühstück hat man durch die ganze Lobby gerufen, weil der Service gerade in der Bar aufgeräumt hat. Naja, sehr dezent.
Das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber absolut wichtig, das mal zu erwähnen. Es ist ein Businesshotel. Wenn die Gäste auch gleichmütig tun, diese Kleinigkeiten haben einen Einfluß auf den nächsten Auftrag.

Pros:

Bra och rymligt rum för hela familjen.

Cons:

I rummet sängar till barn var alldeles för små och fjädrar hördes mycket varje gång någon rörde på sig. Man betalar för frukost men sen får man separat betala för dryck (juice, te eller kaffe). Har bott i olika hotell men aldrig upplevt detta vi en frukostbuffé.

Sehr gute Lage,komfortabel, sehr ruhig und kühl!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Und hat an diesem heißen Wochenende vor allem die perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage gerettet!

Cons:

Wir haben Cappuccino bestellt und es war leider enttäuschend. Bei einer so gut ausgestattet Bar, sollte dies möglich sein.

Pros:

Rooms are ok but check in was very slow. We took a room with sofa bed and the bed was so hard you couldn’t sleep. Double bed was good. Quite big room to stay one night. No balcony.

Cons:

Sofa bed and check in. When we left I told a blond lady in the check in desk about the sofa bed. All she said was ok? Staff at this hotel was not serviceminded at all.

Pros:

We have stayed at Novotel hotels before. Everything was as expected. Breakfast very varied and delicious!

Cons:

It was immpossible to turn on the central light in the room because the room was only equipped with lights by the beds and by the table. The children wanted to play some games they brought with them on the floor in the middle of the room in the evening (memory, etc.), but it was quite dark.

Zelo urejen in čist hotel na odlični lokaciji z odličnim zajtrkom
Pros:

Hotel ima odlično lokacijo, je zelo urejen in izjemno čist. Sobe so mirne in brez motečega hrupa. Jogi na postelji je zelo udoben, zajtrk je odličen z veliko izbiro, velik plus pa sta tudi fitnes in možnost parkiranja v garažni hiši.

Cons:

Žal je dodatno ležišče katastrofalno in povsem neprimerno za udobno spanje. Tudi vzglavniki so bili za naš okus precej pretrdi. Če bi hotel izboljšal ti dve stvari, bi bila izkušnja skoraj brezhibna.
