Pros:

The location was great! It was near everything, the room was clean and it had parking space for people to park their car.

Middle of the road but ok for the price.
Pros:

Old building but clean rooms. Good location.

Cons:

Musty smell in whole place, dampness in the rooms and lack of parking. One of the nights, we came in about 9:30 pm and didn't have a place to park. Had to see the front desk and get a voucher for overflow parking across the extremely busy street and lug bags back and forth.

A few tweaks and this would be a top notch stay in Gatlinburg.
Pros:

Excellent location. Most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. I forgot to see what kind of mattress it was because I want one for home! Also, shower was fantastic. Hot immediately with amazing water pressure.

Cons:

Room was very nice (remodeled), but smelled musty and felt damp - maybe the air conditioner was not channeling all the moisture out of the room? This even made my sheets feel cold and slightly damp. You could see the algae in the pool. It was definitely not maintained - no hint of chlorine in the air or water.
