Convenient safe stay for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff were professional and accommodating.

Was a decent place until suddenly it wasn't.
Pros:

Great location and I can see effort being put into improvement and upkeep. Daily cleaning services was nice to see too.

Cons:

I really wanted to like this place but they lost me when I had been there all week and then suddenly I was having to park at another location (parking garage) off-site and then walk back to the hotel. If it had happened earlier in the week and not my last night, I would have cut my stay short and found other accommodations. I did not feel safe having to leave my vehicle at another location that is posted "No Overnight Parking" and does not have anyone monitoring it. You couldn't freely come and go from a paid parking garage. I felt trapped. I will never stay there again.

The spa tub was really relaxing after a really long day of walking and enjoying Gatlinburg. The floors were nice and clean. The bed was made everyday. The house keeper was really sweet and nice. Our balconies were really nice and had a great view of the mountains. There were really great TV options. We enjoyed being in the hotel cooking our own supper so we could save money instead of going out to eat. We were really surprised there were utensils, plates, cups, ect for us to use at the hotel. Was the first time we used a dishwasher and it was really nice to use one. Having a full size refrigerator was amazing. And the microwave was bigger than we expected. It was quieter than the other hotel rooms. Would enjoy coming back. The glass table was a really nice touch and pretty. We like the size of the tvs and the hotel room(3x bigger than a regular room!!!) The rug seemed a little out of place, but was really nice to have. There were multiple trashcans in each room. We liked that we has two good size tables we could roll around. The room was really spacious. We loved that we had shelves to put stuff on beside the bed. The spa tub was a comfortable size and amazing. We loved that the bathroom mirror had a steam setting. We loved that the shower had different settings we could change and the built in seat in the shower.

Cons:

The shower "wand" holder was falling out of the wall, the light didn't work properly at first, 3 of the switches don't work or seem to do anything. the TV no longer has app options such as Hulu or Netflix and, most important to me, screen share anymore like last year. We only received 1 packet for the dishwasher and had to ask for some due to being tired of handwashing our dishes since it wasn't replaced. Some of the provided utensils were rusty, but we had brought our own anyways. The headrests for the spa tub didn't stick to the tub and remain in place as designed to ( i think the suction cups need to be pulled out a little like only one of them was so it can seal properly. The spa tub didn't seem to be cleaned at all since it had been just before we first started using the room, there was green or bluish gunk buildup around where the water line reaches. There was not a way to turn the fan light on without engaging the fan blades (I don't like being blown on when already cool or cold so it made doing things a little uncomfortable at times). We didn't use the oven, however when I looked inside it was disgusting, rusty, and dark colored in spots like it had burnt food or residues (scrub daddy/scrub mommy products worked amazingly on the horrible stove we have, ours looks almost new after using one one the inside and I had thought it was permanent rust damage before starting)
