Book your stay at the Reagan Resorts Inn, located next to the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and just a short drive from Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge Airport.

Very clean and updated—even the toilet lid was soft closing! We will book there again for next year.
Pros:

Perfect location. I mean perfect. Within walking distance of everything on the Parkway and the day we didn’t feel like walking we took the FREE TRAM.

Minor flaws in the renovated rooms. For example, the bathroom door probably needs replaced. Repairs are not holding up on the back of the door or trim with the moisture.

Nice stay right on the strip.
Pros:

Right on the parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. Easy walk to anywhere in Gatlinburg and there is a trolley stop right next door.

Cons:

Nothing really. It is an older hotel, but there have been updates.

Pros:

The location to the strip and down town is just right, and you don't have to walk far for breakfast. The beds we're super comfy which is a great plus, especially after a day of walking and eating!! I also enjoyed the fact that you can't gain access to the building without a key card, including the lobby that the elevator is located in! And unlike other hotels in the area, housekeeping will ask if you need clean towels or other items when they are cleaning other rooms! And check in was super easy as well! I will definitely book a stay here again when we make another trip down to G-burgh!

Cons:

May 2 or 3 things I didn't like which is trying to pull into the parking lot from the strip, especially of you're trying to turn left into the parking lot. Sign needed in pool area for noise after a certain hour especially after midnight. Also the top of the showers where it meets the drywall needs a good cleaning, saw some mold forming in those area's. Other than those 3 minor issues I have no complaints!

Great trip reasonable rate for hotel accomadations which allowed us to eat at better restaurants
Pros:

location was great. Bed was comfortable after a long day of walking the strip. parking area had good space adequate for a large SUV. very close to nice restaurants. Nice water pressure and a great hot shower.
