The staff and service here is world class. The gardens make you forget you're in the middle of busy Bangkok. We specific like this hotel because you have a balcony, rare in Bangkok. Highly recommend doing the buffet breakfast. I have a few food intolerances and still found it easy to eat a variety of foods every morning.
I have chemical sensitivities and although the hotel doesn't smell as bad as others, I found it hard to walk around the pool and through the main hotel entrance because the fragrance they used is so strong. If they didn't use the fragrances, the hotel would be a 10/10.
The first room we checked into smelt so overwhelmingly of water damage/mould. But the staff were super accomodating and moved us into another room.
- Newly renovated room. Spacious and comfy, super clean room
-Good service mind and professional staffs (from check in, concierge, porter, at restaurants, swimming pool).
- Squeakly clean room. Thanks to the housekeeper cleaner-Khun M.
- Love the swimming pool with lush garden
- Breakfast is great with good spread and good quality.
- Love the free chocolate time.
Nothing really.
- The safety box in the room has a divider which make it difficult to put handbag inside
- It would be better if the hotel could improve "coffee' to be stronger, and most of the bakery e.g.crossiant, rasberry muffin.

מלון גדול ויפה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. חדר כושר נהדר. בריכה יפה. גן מקסים. מיטה נוחה. שאטל לקניון הקרוב. צוות לבבי ויעיל.
טווסים בכלוב קטן - עצוב וקשה לצפייה. קיבלתי חדר עם מרפסת הפונה לאתר בנייה אליה ניתן להיכנס מהגג הצמוד. כשביקשתי להחליף חדר (בגלל תחושת חוסר בטחון בחדר) נאלצתי להוסיף 2000 רופי ללילה כדי לשדרג לסוויטה שהרגישה בטוחה אבל עם נוף לאתר הבנייה.

We highly recommend this hotel. They make your stay incredibly pleasant. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. You can really tell the difference compared to other hotels; the staff here receive consistent training. The pool is fantastic and the gym is very well-equipped. We especially want to highlight the fabulous breakfast. They cater to every need. Thank you!
