Good place If you are Passing by
Pros:

Th Open Buffet Breakfast is very satisfied If we compare American Hotel standards. The Room size is enough. Parking lot is a plus. Shampoo, Hair Cream and Shower gel was very quality stuff.

Cons:

The Pool seems not clean enough Although I did swim as well. The water pressure was low in the rooms. There is mis-comminication between night shift and Morning shift of front desk team. Every night ı asked front desk to wake me up (wake up call) and they never called :):)
The Rates were so high but I think due to World Cup demand. Otherwise It is obvious that It is not 300 USD / Per night hotel.

Pros:

The hotel’s breakfast was good by American standards. The Wi-Fi and cleanliness were also very good. In addition, even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

A disappointing decline
Pros:

The property is in a great location for staying in the Cupertino area during conferences

Cons:

The main issue was the lack of follow-up from the hotel staff. The bathroom and bathtub in my room were leaking throughout my stay, and I reported the issue to the front desk three separate times. Each time I was told someone would come to inspect or fix it, but no one ever did.

I also had an issue with breakfast service. On one morning, I went down at around 6:15 a.m., after the stated breakfast start time of 6:00 a.m., but I was told breakfast would not be available until 7:00 a.m. This was frustrating, especially with a tight schedule.

What made the experience more disappointing is that I had stayed at this hotel before and had a very positive experience. This time, however, the service felt much less responsive and the overall standard was not what I expected.

The hotel may be convenient in terms of location, but based on this stay, the lack of maintenance follow-up and poor communication made the experience disappointing.

Pros:

Gute Lage, geräumige Zimmer. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Hat uns sehr gefreut.

Acceptable, but could have been better.
Pros:

The overall ambiance and decor were pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of options. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Staff were helpful in switching our room to a room with more comfortable beds.

Cons:

Sleep number beds were uncomfortable at all numbers. They seemed worn down and didn't adjust properly. The toilet in the 1st room ran constantly, the slide lock on the door in the 2nd room was broken, and multiple facilities appeared to be in need of repair.

Cons:

Bar was almost never open, maybe if u ask there is a person opening it.
