The hotel refused to issue an invoice for my 6 day stay!!
This is unacceptable.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was stray hair on the bathroom walls, and hair styling tools were left out on the chairs. While the bed appeared clean, the shower was quite cold, even after we turned it to the maximum temperature setting

I enjoyed the pool at a comfortable 70 degrees while it's open..
I asked about an upgrade, since it said on the counter to ask about it, only to have an extra $30 taken from my deposit...

Dirty carpet, ac made weird noises, hairs on the beds
Room was good.
Shower and bathtub were having some issue like; loose fittings and need to keep the valve open for 20 seconds to get the hot water. also, toilet sink was using more water for each time flush and not cleaning in first flush.
I really do like this hotel- shout out to Ken that was super personable and helped my fix a reservation I screwed up- HOWEVER- they do have a hot water problem- I have to run the water for almost an hour- I encountered a corp traveler referring to his contract and he was also complaining to the front desk guy this morning at 9:20 am- Sunday the 26- this guy ruins stays! Claimed he was just a front desk supervisor and telling the hotels “client” to call back tomorrow to lodge his complaint -these are employees the ruin good businesses! Thanks Ken- screw yiu front desk guy that doesn’t care!
