We were very happy & can recommend this hotel strongly.
Pros:

Large & comfortable rooms. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. Quick and uncomplicated check in. Very nice bar. Is about 800 meter from city center of Florence - so hotel is quiet & safe.

Cons:

Strange noises between ceilings when turning off air conditioning.

Pros:

A bit pricy, but a very nice stay not far from city center
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, spacious room, nice indoor appearance, English speaking staff, nice welcome gift for our child

Cons:

Smell in the bathroom in the first day (but managed easily by staff), loud music coming from (probably) dining room in the evening (up to around midnight).

Pros:
