Overall, nice hotel, but there are issues...
Pros:

Nice hotel! It feels a little isolated as there is not much to see within walking distance, but you can take the metro if you want. 

I really liked my room (817), for the most part. I love the size, full couch, refrigerator, etc. But the bed was broken down. If you laid on the right side, it sunk. And if you rolled to the middle, you could feel the "grade" (higher up and firmer). It impeded my sleep quality, as I woke up every time the mattress grade & firmness level changed. So poor sleep.

It was very quiet which is very important to me.

Food was good (conference). Good service. Good front desk service too.

I did have a couple of mugs and a plate in my room. I stacked them near the coffee maker was. Housekeeping just moved them outside my door, where they sat for ovrt 24 hours. Other hotels remove that kind of stuff routinely. In addition, someone had dropped a cracker in the middle of the hallway on floor 8. It sat there for days, as people would step on it and it'd crack more. So, improvement is needed in this area.

I'd stay here again, but would expect a better mattress.

Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend a stay at Hyatt-Regency.
Pros:

There was not a thing we enjoyed about thiis hotel.

Cons:

We had a reservation through Booking.com. When we arrived at the Hotel for check-in wew were told there were no romms available. They offered to send us to a motel in another town which we turned down. We won't be staying at this hotel again.

Superb service and beautiful facilities!
Pros:

If you are in the Tech Center area or even if your business or family trip is in downtown Denver, a stay at the Hyatt Regency DTC is well worth the trip. Courteous staff, gorgeous and comfortable rooms, superb service, and excellent food options, I spent an amazing week and would return in a heartbeat.

A great place to stay
Pros:

The Hyatt was a great place to stay! Fantastic, clean rooms, and nice dining room with reasonable entrees etc. They provide a shuttle for up to 3 miles, which helped to get to many stores, and restaurants.

This Hyatt has it down!
Pros:

Outstanding staff and fantastic accommodations. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I am in the area. From the free shuttle to the clean and comfortable room, this Hyatt was a wonderful.place to spend the week for work travel.

Awful.
Pros:

Apparently the HR guy checked me in when I got there and put me in the wrong room. Almost got kicked out the 2nd day of being there while I was gone for a concert at Empower Field. Had to pay EXTRA to get my room reassigned and still haven’t received my deposits back after a week. They have no record of my debit card.

My stay was a 10 out of 10 !!!!!
Pros:

When I walked in the front desk an agent was very nice. I checked in late, she gave me a late check out right away without me even asking. And all the staff members were really nice. And the room was very clean !!!!!

Cons:

I didn’t have anything that I didn’t like. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean hotel with great breakfast options
Pros:

Clean hotel in the highlight of the visit was breakfast. Omelette station I had lots of options, so many options on site choices as well. Two types of parfaits, fresh, fruit, potatoes, pancakes, French toast.

The hospitality was great as well. It will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to the Denver area.
