Awful
Pros:

The room was not ready plus the air conditioning was not working well our front door would not shut as well asked for another room did not get one. We were there five days they could have gave us another room.On top of that we tried to eat pizza downstairs where it was cool the manager on duty was rude and not understanding at all my mother in law has cancer. Will never stay there again.

Do not stay here if you want good service.

Beds wer comfotable, bathroom items needed work

breakfast was very good, omelet makers knew there craft

Cons:

Housekeeping failed to give my wife and I the correct amount of towels, hand towels, wash cloths and hand soap even when I went to the front desk toe ask for some.

Pros:

The breakfast included an omelet bar which is rare in hotels with free breakfast,.also happy hour each evening included 2 free drinks, also a plus thats usually not included. The suite rooms were very spacious with separate living roomwith couch and sitting area and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms were not well stocked. No towels, no tissue box, toilet paper roll was almost out.

Pros:

This is one of our favorite hotel! It’s definitely the first one that we look for it on the area we staying in the country or outside the country 💖 my grandson loves the pool☺️ to bad we have to pay for parking

Cons:

The server (lady)at breakfast it’s was 15 minutes before the closing time,, she would not bring more food even when a few of us ask her☹️ this was on June also the cleaning lady even when we displayed the do not disturb sign she opened the door to our room
