Out of their way caring
Pros:

Loved the way the staff took care of us. Kids lost a toy and they were quick to go out of their way to find and provided additional stuffies to make the kids feel at home. Hotel was clean and breakfast was on-point

A solid recommendation from a friend!
Pros:

The suite was really spacious with more than enough room for everyone. We also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast also had a variety of tasty offerings, something for everyone.

Cons:

Towels were in short supply when we first arrived and wanted to swim and the courtyard design makes the 'front' room portion of the suite very loud.

Nita is the best at embassy suites in Bloomington along with exceptional service!!
Pros:

I stayed at the embassy suites in Bloomington and hotel and service has been amazing. Nita at the bar gave me exceptional service and polite and friendly. She went out of her way for requests and made sure her customers including myself were well taken cared of!
