I slept on the pull out bed the blanket was unbearably itchy and I was kept awake all night because somehow god damn mosquitoes kept getting in and I wish I stayed home

Exceptional service from start to finish. Front desk team took care of us as we arrived early after a long travel day. Rooms were recently updated and clean. Food was fantastic and breakfast is to celebrate. Will definitely be back again.

The breakfast was excellent especially the omelets, bacon, etc. We enjoyed the happy hour too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure all my family was on the same floor near each other. The staff also help with getting early morning transportation to the airport.

We had a quiet King bed suite. The bedroom and front room were spacious. The bathroom needed more light as did the hall and the front room. However the shower was an excellent walk-in. We unfortunately encountered numerous problems with our room: safe didn't work. the light switches were not apparent in the living room or the bedroom, air conditioning wasn't working properly ruining our first night's sleep. Fortunately we had Amber at the front desk that took responsibility for every problem and managed to get everything fixed within 20 minutes of notifying her.

She also provided towels and coffee when the maid skipped our room or didn't supply it properly, which happened 3 of the 6 days we were there. Amber truly made everything right. She was also helpful with good recommendations for places to visit and for dinner outside the hotel. We have to give Amber 6 stars, and suggest management give her a bonus and a raise. We would have left the hotel after the first night had it now been for her taking care of everything.

Nita is the best. I’ve been visiting her over 3 years. It’s always a pleasure! Thank you.

It’s a busy hotel not enough staff. The pool area kept running out of towels, kept asking for pool towels and regulars it took an good hour to get towels delivered, the phone don’t work inside the room to call the front desk, the staff that worked that night was rude and aggressive if I had thin blonde hair I would be mad at the world as well, the room could be cleaner, the room didn’t have extra blankets when asked for an extra blanket the front desk lady with blonde long thin slammed the blanket down on the counter with an attitude you have an extra blanket in the drawer in your room the blanket was also thin so you need a couple to stay warm. Not enough staff for the restaurant waited about 15 minutes no acknowledge me to take my order so I just left

Came for a business trip, this was my first visit and was blown away by the size of the rooms, cleanliness throughout the facility, breakfast options, and friendliness of the staff.

Stayed here many times, enjoy the layout and the fact rooms have been updated

Room was good. Although you could hear alot of people in the halls.
Beds were OK. Seemed like the mattresses weren't at firm as they should have been.
