Pros:

Liked the design. There were a few scuffs on the wall and doors from example but only minor and to be expected in a busy hotel in the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing really much hotel is easy to get into with key card but you feel secure. Lifts to every floor. Downstairs pub and restaurant. We only stayed one night so didn't get chance to try those though. They looked good.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Great room with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Not far from the train station, so travel was easy after a long flight. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and will use this hotel again.

Cons:

The only thing that would make the room better is a fridge in the room. Everything else is excellent.

Blood on Sheets
Pros:

The shower an location

Cons:

Arrived Saturday afternoon to see K.O.L at CO-OP arena put bags in went for food returned after show .Got into beds an both complained about how hard an rigid both beds were like an ironing board on plywood then we get to the pillows which were rock hard like a Bag of Cement whent looking for extra pillow which is usually provided by hotels but there was none to be found. Woke in morning after an awful night's sleep to discover what looks like blood on both bed sheets absolutely vile. Couldn't wait to get out ask on reception who to complain to was literally met by a shrug of the shoulders .AVOID

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable hotel, excellent location, right beside Piccadilly Gardens. The air conditioning was particularly welcome as my husband and I stayed during a heatwave. I loved the quirky little touches, like the umbrella and cowboy boots door handles. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Ok but nothing special
Pros:

Close proximity to train station and central to everywhere.

Cons:

Found pubic hairs In the shower.
Only 1 extra pillow so had 3 thin pillows between the two of us.
Decor in room very tired and needs updating, decal on doors peeling off.
Room very small, TV placed on wall very low so banged into it every time we needed to get to the other side of the room. Air con unit in room VERY noisy so couldn't sleep with it on, which made the room very stuffy and difficult to sleep.
The breakfast-advertised at 12.99 for all you can eat hot and cold buffet. When in fact it's 12.99 for some cereal, cheese and ham, a croissant was the only pastry offered. We were asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast and then TOLD what we were having by a very standoffish abrupt waitress. The breakfast was brought out to us. Very very cheap nasty catering sausages, and scrambled eggs were lukewarm. Wasn't even given a choice of eggs, we're told we were getting scrambled. Needless to say it's a good job we didn't prepay for breakfast for the four days we were there.
The only plus side was how close the hotel is to the train station and central Manchester?

Abbastanza buono
Pros:

La posizione e la hall.

Cons:
