Great location but needs updating.
Pros:

Handy for Piccadilly Gardens and the train station. We only stayed one night for a concert.

Cons:

Was quite shabby inside and the rooms could do with some attention but was suitable for what we needed although the price was steep for the accommodation

Great stay good location very clean will certainly revisit
Pros:

Good breakfast and spotlessly clean room. Nice cosy bar and restaurant with good prices. Very friendly staff. Will certainly return and would highly recommend.

On big event days maybe keep better bar hours?

Great value for money
Pros:

Loved the room and bathroom. Great to have sockets by the beds as I need one for medical reasons. WiFi worked brilliantly. Lifts worked well and were clean and fast. Easy check in and check out

Cons:

Mattresses quite hard but for one night that was fine. Also could do with spare pillows in the rooms as many people like 2 pillows rather than just one. The air conditioning was stuck on cool which was great initially to cool down the room but when I wasted to increase the temperature it still blew cold

Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and I liked the layout if the room.

Cons:

I was above the restaurant and I could hear the noises at 6 in the morning. So there was no chance of a lie in and relax. The air con worked but the blades on the front were broken.

Book a different hotel. This one is not safe and clean
Pros:

The hotel room was not clean and also the smoke alarm went off early in the morning. When I asked the reception about it, they just reacted quite casually and mentioned yeah , but it wasn't in your room and we didn't feel we had to warn you that everything was okay.. the hotel needs a protocol how to deal with fire alarms and assuring guests are safe!!
The AC blows dust when it's heating the room. The room was very dusty as well and had not been vacumed properly. They also want to extort you money for leaving your bag after you check out , which is not mentioned on the website. The hotel area is very dodgy at night.

Highky recommend for location, facilities and value for money
Pros:

superb location, so near all forms of public transport, room was fresh, very clean, nice white sheets and towels, lovely walk in shower and products. very quiet. and tea making facilities
Great large buffet choice for breakfast both hot and cold. staff very helpful and informative. ability to drop bags before and after stay, £2 charge when checked out, but so valuable.

Cons:

nothing really, just a little whacky weather theme going on everywhere !!! The room doors were a bit off though in colour and design !!!!
