No sound proofing you could hear people in the rooms next to you and very noisy in the morning from people on the streets you would wake up at 06:00

Location was ideal for our visit to the theatre and then a stroll around town.

Breakfast had very little lift. Cold beans and toast was all that was available, apart from
Cereal. Which there was no milk for at first

Very conveniently placed, a stones throw from Piccadilly station and the rest of the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The noise from the hallways, I struggle to get a decent nights sleep and the banging and thudding really didn’t help with that. I think this is more so down to the guests though and not the hotel staff themselves.
Great location, very central, everything is in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean with adequate facilities.
Late check out was a little expensive, but as I was up half the night watching the football it was worth paying to have the extra sleep.
Loved my stay here, visited Manchester for the weekend with my daughter. Staff were friendly and helpful and kept our bags for a small fee. There were a few local shops like Tesco and Morrisons a short walk away to pick up snacks and water as the onsite mini shop is extremely expensive. The beds were comfortable and the Indian restaurant was delicious. We had breakfast at the local Wetherspoons also a short walk. I'd definitely rate this 9/10 only due to the prices of the mini shop.
