I liked the easy check in with friendly staff, the design of the hotel, the rooms are simple but clean and comfortable and again love the design

Cons:

Our shower drain was faulty, but staff must have been aware as they had left it half on half off when we arrived (the silver cap), so the shower tray was filling up as I showered, that's the only thing, the rest was a brilliant quick stay for one night

Everything design, friendly staff, how easy it it to check in check out, and the reception is always friendly and willing to help, the location is great for co-op arena and the ao arena, I always choose this hotel for location and we trust it

Great location, comfortable rooms and just what we needed !
Pros:

Great location ! Easy access to the shopping and the train station. Clean, different and just a good vibe !

Cons:

Nothing major but had to pay £2 to leave case whilst enjoying the rest of the day after being checked out by 11am.
