Pros:

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was great. The continental breakfast was above average and very clean. Staff very helpful. Great location

Cons:

The door lock would sometimes not work. The shower curtain was a little too short.

Excellent and awesome
Pros:

Everything. The staff were friendly, Chris at the reception is such a sweet soul. The other receptionist was good too but didn’t get her name. The rooms are really big, spacious, clean, with everything needed. The room was it for me. Plus the breakfast spread is good too, with a number of options. The hotel is also in a very good location, can easily be accessed by bus from the airport and is also a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter. I recommend Fairfield

GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

I was impressed with the King sized beds. The Hospitality services was great. The cleaned everyday and did an excellent job. The location of the hotel was perfect as well.
