Location to.airport great.
I put on brand new white booties about 4:00 p.m. and I got in bed at 8:00 p.m. They were black on the bottoms in 4 hours. BLACK!! Filthy floor. Only 1 paper cup in the room. Ice machines on.3rd and 2nd floor didn't work! 2nd floor one was taped off. AC unit very loud.
It was close to Phoenix airport as I was driving and had to return a car I was using.

Struttura semplice, ci abbiamo trascorso qualche ora prima di andare in aeroporto.
Incluso nel prezzo avevamo la colazione che purtroppo non ci è stata “anticipata” dovendo lasciare l’hotel di prima prima mattina.
What I saw of breakfast was contenential and I was expecting a buffet type of setup. However I did like how big the room was and the way it was setup. The overall price that I paid for the room was good.
The ice/vending machine was out of order on the floor I was staying on so we had to go all way down stairs just to get some. Our toilet was leaking. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way. There was loud music and younger kids just kicking back making a lot of noise at 4:00 am. The washer machines and dryers were also out of service so we couldn’t use them. The WiFi kept disconnecting.

Nothing has not helped me whatsoever! Refused to allow me to check in even tho I have paid for the room and booking was even worse never helped me whatsoever with this situation
They refuse to allow me to check in even tho I have paid for the room in advance and have said nothing about the age to check in once I gotten there they refuse me for a room I have paid for but want to charge children over 18 as adults ?
