I would start off by saying I had an amazing experience. The location was tricky to find, but that's what made the experience fun. The number one thing that stood out to me was the beds. The beds were really soft and comforting; it felt as if I was on a cloud.
The only thing I disliked about my stay was the sink. The knob would come off whenever I used it. The reason I disliked that was because I could easily be held accountable for the knob coming off.

Lost internet not the hotels fault but lack of communication was frustrating.
The free car park.
Rooms were on the smaller size, pool was filthy dirty, the floor plus inside the pool. Towels were all stained. Breakfast was a joke, no bagels left as the family in front took the whole plate, coffee machine was Out of Order. Floor was so sticky my flip flops got stuck to it. Deposit of $100 takes way to long to hit your bank still waiting for it to come back.
Location was meh…. Nothing around. We actually did a day pass to another hotel to use there pool.
Pool. Could be better cleaned.
Well let's see. Breakfast was poorly managed. June machine was empty and in disarray. There was not much to choose from. No cream cheese for bagels. Had to ask for more milk. Nobody around to ask. Had to ask receptionist. No A/C in the hallways or elevators. No ice machine on 4th floor. Leaking shower/bathtub spout. You had to use a lot of force to shut it tight and it was still dripping.

Didn’t take long to get to the airport from there. Daytime desk clerks were nice and helpful. Was easy to get my food orders in the lobby.
Arrived at 6:30 pm and they were just cleaning the room. Had to wait. Then there were no tissues, no bathroom cups, and only one lousy wash cloth and hand towel. NONE of the cleaning staff spoke English.
