We have no parking on-site. The nearest car park is on-street parking in front of and around the hotel. On-street parking is available and is paid via yards all days of the week. The nearest multi-story car park to us is The Q Park, 99 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DN, where our guests receive a 25%. Please pre-book your parking at least 30 minutes prior to entry here, using code MMQPWS25. You will need to enter your vehicle registration on entry to the car park. £19 per day with the discount applied. We advise guests to drop their luggage off at the hotel before going to the car park, as there is quite a steep hill to climb between us. The car park is approx. a 10 min walk to the hotel.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. . Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

It was too hot and the fan was not going low to make the room cool
La struttura dovrebbe specificare chiaramente quali camere sono di seconda luce, cioè prive di luce e aerazione dirette dall’esterno e illuminate e aerate attraverso la hall del bar.
Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et agréable, literie confortable. Très bons petit déjeuner et dîner. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville.

L'accueil, l'emplacement était très bien, les chambres ont une bonne taille, et les chambres communicantes.
Les personnes de l'hôtel ont rapporté un ventilateur rapidement quand celui de notre chambre est tombé en panne, et ont cherché dans leur stock une couette en ouate pour remplacer celle en duvets à laquelle j étais allergique.
Les couettes et oreillers en plumes, la chaleur, pas de climatisation, et les fenêtres s'entrouvrent à peine.

There was confusion on arrival as we had upgraded to a suite but our reservation was showing a standard room however the receptionist was excellent and efficiently sorted it out with the duty manager.
Nothing to dislike, everything was great.
Room had everything needed. Friendly welcome from staff - very attentive and helpful at breakfast and dinner.
Parking not included which is a shame - only 25% discount with a partner which is a few blocks and a hill away.

The vibe of the hotel, it was clean and staff were helpful. The room was a little small for the price we paid, if we were staying longer I would have liked a bigger room.
Reception were polite and professional, we were able to check in a couple of hours early which was nice.
Breakfast (included) was really fantastic and the woman that showed us to our seat was lovely.
Room (350) was very small. Ok for one night but would have struggled if staying there for 2-3 days+.
We were on the front of the building and were woke up in the early hours by a man shouting in the streets, room was not sound proofed well we could also hear conversations from other guests in the hall way.
Should have considered requesting a quiet room in a city centre but can now recommend that to those of you that are light sleepers!
