We have no parking on-site. The nearest car park is on-street parking in front of and around the hotel. On-street parking is available and is paid via yards all days of the week. The nearest multi-story car park to us is The Q Park, 99 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DN, where our guests receive a 25%. Please pre-book your parking at least 30 minutes prior to entry here, using code MMQPWS25. You will need to enter your vehicle registration on entry to the car park. £19 per day with the discount applied. We advise guests to drop their luggage off at the hotel before going to the car park, as there is quite a steep hill to climb between us. The car park is approx. a 10 min walk to the hotel.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. . Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Despite many lamps the room was dark
I liked the restaurant and the bar areas, both had a relaxed atmosphere and staff were friendly. The bedrooms are quirky but lovely.
Nothing really, we were staying on a mild night and the room was a bit too warm.
The location was good; however, the parking is very challenging and costly.
The breakfast was barely average: cold poached eggs and copld/stale muffins, served by staff who obviously didn't want to be there. The second day's breakfast was marginally warmer; however, when I politely suggested to the waitress who was taking our order that it would be nice if she smiled, she very aggressively took our order and walked away, without a word. On a positive note, the waitress who delivered our breakfast was delightful.

Breakfast room and bedroom lighting were both strangely low. Atmospheric, but no good for reading.

restaurant staff were rude and allocated the worst table in the restaurant even though it was fairly empty . It was then an issue to room charge as the maître de queried it
