The breakfast bar, I was gonna stay at the hilton gardens, but you guys offered breakfast, which was just continental breakfast
Visiting grand kids in The L's, so this isn't particularly close, but works. Our 2nd stay, very consistent excellent. Both of us fell asleep and stayed asleep-very rare. Fairly dark room. Great TV and selections. Had FOX! Big rooms. Pillows were fine; we usually bring our own, but these were square, different, and excellent. Price is great, 15% higher than last year. The parking for us is excellent.
Found a lady bug dead, on the air unit when we first came in, which made us question cleaning. Also, the paint job in the bathroom is as bad as first time we stayed. More of a 'chuckle' moment than affecting our stay. Coffee good, the breakfast is which bad banana do you want. Big seating area. Don't expect anything fancy. ppl at the front desk were alert and attentive.
The breakfast had boiled eggs, different breads, yogart, and fruit juices. Cereals of many kinds. bagels, muffins .
could have had more fruit choices.
Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh. Hotel was very quiet. Room was extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Out of my expectation
Not clean. No conditioner in the shower, water leakage, not clean. The wall of shower had some strange dirty things on it. After I asked for sending somebody to clean receptionist said ok but at night my trashes were there and it was untouched.the hallway floor and the doors were all dirty. Breakfast was horrible.
I liked the hotel and the location. Good TV. Great shower.
The air conditioning was roaring ao I unplugged it to get to sleep. The bathroom door made a sharp abrasive sound when being opened and closed.

The staff was friendly and SO accommodating!
It was a nice big room. It was quite and easy to find.
I didn't realize i had to pay a 100 dollars deposit fee. But it all worked out because I could pay cash. The ice machine was broken on my floor so I had to go down to the next level for ice.
The staff were great! I left an item behind in my room and they were very helpful in me recovering it, I'm quite grateful.
