There was also run around about deposits. I extended my room the day before and they had to call me down to put an addit

The rooms were clean although there was a huge water leak and they had to rip the walls apart right outside of my room which was anything but peaceful

Cons:

Pj at the front desk was nice but there seemed to be a lot of drama at this hotel. The Nigerian maintenance guy was extremely rude when I was trying to enter my room and asked for space to enter and he wouldn’t move. I told him he was being invasive and he became extremely mouthy and rude - not any way guests should be treated, especially young women traveling alone and wanting space from her room.

Os banheiros não tinham agua. A descarga é por conta gotas. O chuveiro também é por conta gotas.
O café é sempre o mesmo e faltam itens se acordar mais tarde.

The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere of the property. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the experience felt relaxing from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros:

Handicapped accommodations, late check-in, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, plenty of linens. My sister-in-law and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was clean, conveniently located and priced right.
Pros:

Hotel was clean which was good. Pretty much no frills. Room was large and a good tv. I felt like my side of the bed was a little lumpy. Very good shower. Breakfast wasn't worth taking the time. We got coffee only. We just needed a reasonable, clean space to sleep while visiting relatives. Price was very good. It met our expectations.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal but based on what we paid no big deal.

Underwhelmed.
Pros:

The air conditioner gets super cold. The location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

We had some plumbing issues with the standard shower draining.It almost flooded each time we took a shower.

The breakfast is all cold.There's no eggs or meat.
It's basically cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins.


Not up to the Hilton Image.
