Mixed bag, beds not as advertised.
Pros:

Clean. Some friendly staff.

Cons:

Beds were advertised as queens but were only doubles. (We measured)

The night staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Pros:

I booked this room because I was attending an event at the nearby Rogers Place. For that reason, it was an very convenient choice. The staff I encounter were all polite. The room had everything I needed and was more than comfortable. The connection to the pedway was also very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The only things I want to note is that the room is starting to show its age. While I really appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room, every time I opened it, the adjacent cabinet would also open up. The curtains were also a little frustrating. These were only minor things that this not actually impact my stay.

Lovely hotel with good connections in Edmonton
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and staff great. The restaurant was good. The area around the hotel did not encourage us to go out at night although we did use the public transport during the day and it was very good.

I definitely would not stay here again.
Pros:

Customer service was great. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was very dated and needs to be upgraded. Dresser had finish worn off. Windows were full of condensation . Carpets and upholstery was very dirty

Pros:

The room was very dirty and dusty.
The chairs were old, worn out, and visibly deteriorated, with the material peeling and crumbling.
The chairs were also dirty and poorly maintained.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room.
Several lights were not working.
The overall condition and cleanliness of the room were completely unacceptable.

Cons:

This was not a minor inconvenience. The room was not in a condition that we considered acceptable for a paying hotel guest.
Because of these conditions, we were unable to enjoy our evening and had no choice but to leave.
What made the situation even worse is that we were forced to find and book another hotel at around 2:00 a.m. just so we could have somewhere clean and suitable to stay for the night. This resulted in additional and unexpected expenses, while also causing us significant stress and inconvenience in the middle of the night.
My wife and I had specifically planned this one night together without our children. We were looking forward to relaxing, spending quality time together, and enjoying a pleasant evening. Instead, the condition of your room completely ruined what was supposed to be a special night for us.
We therefore had to cancel our stay and book another hotel in the middle of the night. This is far beyond what any guest should reasonably have to experience after paying for a hotel room.
