It was in the center off everything
The hallways were too dark pool outdoor furniture needs updated towels are old the carpets in hallways too dark and pillows on the bad come on you can’t afford new pillows 😅
The staff at this hotel are amazing - unfortunately, the hotel itself is dated and desperately needs renovations. I was staying there for a conference at the nearby conference centre - from the day I arrived to the day I left, the elevators were not working, there was a steady stream of water dripping into a bucket from the ceiling in the hallway and renovations going on in the pool area. If it wasn't for the very helpful and warm staff members, this would have been a terrible few days. I was upgraded to a large room with a nice view of the lake when I arrived and the staff members really went over and beyond to make sure all the guests were comfortable and made arrangements for luggage to be taken to the rooms. Thank you to all all the staff members!

Les chambres familiales sont sans réfrigérateur . Ils faut descendre pour confier le lait les biberons et la nourriture de bébé à l’accueil

Location: The hotel is located in a rather deserted area. This suited my needs, as I was attending a nearby conference, but it is not an ideal location for those wanting to be in a livelier part of the city. The tram stop to the city center is right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory options (just missing avocados and some raw vegetables). The room was spatious and comfy, silent, facilities were good, good air conditioning wifi etc. Pool is very nice even if not big, especially during the week when it was very quiet (in June). The hotel hall looks very fancy, and has a table football.
THE GYM!! it is ridiculously small, with just 3 cardio machines and few 3kg dumbells. Totally useless.
The bar at the pool was closed during the week.
The hotel location, there is literally nothing around, just some other hotels and the convention center. It is just good if you attend an event there, otherwise would never stay so far from the center (the tram was really unreliable and the uber/cab would take at least 20mins to arrive for pick up).
The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant was also nice (although rarely open), the room and bed were comfortable. I liked the location close to the conference center, but note that it is not ideal for visiting the touristic areas of Bordeaux.
The maintenance and cleaning were way below standard, especially for a fairly expensive 4-star hotel. 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work (and one evening even the last elevator broke), the room smelled like toilets throughout my stay, the pool was filthy and seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. It was such a shame, because with proper maintenance this hotel could have provided a very good experience.
