Pros:

the staff was nice, room was ok... had to change my room because 1st one smelled like cigarette smoke concierge told me i booked a smoking room.

Cons:

we found a bug in our room that looked like a bedbug, the towel service was horrible they gave us 2 to 3 towels for a party of 4. while returning 3 dirty towels for 4 clean ones there was an issue

Bad place to stay
Cons:

The TV did not , when to call the office and the phone did not work. Had a couple next me & my 7 year old grandson was flighting , Yelling the guy was yelling he was going to kill the lady . Was throw thing (which was hitting my hall. When they moved the out in from of my door . My grandson was scared he started crying.

Pros:

Always Clean, Prices Are Always Consistent. Staff is very helpful and polite. What more can you really ask for.

Never had a negative experience there. Been staying here for years, I won’t go any place else.
