Was able to check in an hour early and was provided a ride to the airport the next day.

I loved the location which was in proximity to the airport, malls, stores and attractions.
Parking was great, lobby was welcoming and the room size was good for a family of 4.
I didn’t like that the elevators are a bit older, as is the plumbing. Both were a bit slow in functionality but did work.

excellent property...first time at a hyatt place and was very impressed. Very clean. Front desk were very friendly and helpful. This is a great location....minute from 275 and the airport. Near a ton of restaurants. 12 minutes from downtown. Free parking. Overall a great property.
I liked the location as we were able to walk a short distance to find a place to eat .
Our room was a little dirty . I don’t think it was cleaned very well . There was sticky stuff on the shelf between the beds . Thankfully I brought disinfectant wipes that I used to scrub it off . The other issue was in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it . I understand employees are on a time limit to clean rooms but with so many germs around , cleanliness and sanitation should be high priority in hotel’s especially when millions of different people are staying in them .
