The club lounge cocktails on offer were too limited. Same one every night 😞
Club Room was large and well presented. Walking distance from the markets, "Walking Street" bars and entertainment.

This hotel was great value for money. We upgraded our room and had use of the Executive Liunge. That was outstanding and we used it both days for Happy Hour. Very impressive.
The only thing I could fault was our check in experience. When we arrived at the front desk we were escorted to the Executive Lounge for check in. This took quite some time and we weren’t offered a cold drink just told to sit and wait. I had to then go and ask why it was taking so long as there were just 4 staff standing around chatting. The young man eventually came and handed us an envelope and said read this it contains any information we may need. This I thought was unprofessional and he should have gone through the facilities of the hotel and the contents of the letter like other 5 star hotels. Poor communication.
