Absolutely excellent. 5 stars! We had the residence club package and it was amazing. The food was fabulous, a vast range of dishes to suit all tastes and it was of brilliant quality. Breakfast was exceptional, little bites at lunchtime were very welcome and the drinks and food in the evening was brilliant. Room was large, clean and spacious. Staff were super professional. Hotel is in a brilliant position to explore district 1. Nice pool too. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The bed and bed sheets were of highest quality. The simple things such as the hot water and the power of the shower head were of high quality.
Albergo migliore di tutta la permanenza in Vietnam, altro che 5 stelle minimo se ne meriterebbe 10. Elegante stanze meravigliose con materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Menzione d'onore per la colazione a Buffet strepitosa e completa, mai visto una colazione così meravigliosa.
Il sabato organizzano un buffet a cena, PROVATELO!! Esperienza meravigliosa abbiamo mangiato ostriche, abalone, aragosta, agnello, pasta sushi e molto altro. MERAVIGLIOSO
Excellent location, close to shops, markets & restaurants. Staff are courteous & kind. Facilities are great including the pool area & the Residence Lounge was amazing!! Stayed here a couple of times now & will be doing again!
The lounge area was very good. It was clean and comfortable and decor was nice. The food and drink choices were very good. The staff were very friendly and professional.
The air conditioning was extremely loud and didn’t seem to cool the room too well.

The hotel had provided a small complimentary gift for our wedding anniversary.
I couldn't charge the drinks at the pool to my room. I had to go get my credit card just for that. It was a hassle while wearing my swim shorts.

The Executive lounge balcony is my favorite place to sit in Saigon. The food and drinks there are also a bonus. The breakfast downstairs is the best in Vietnam. Love this hotel and have stayed many times.
