il n'y avait pas de climatisation. très chaud dans les chambres.
L'hôtel est isolé, à 10min à pied du tram, mais la connexion est longue avec Bruxelles centre.

Pros:

The location is very good. It is walking distance from King Baudoin stadium, which immediately gives it a leg up to many hotels. It was clean.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning, the water pressure of the bath was not great, and the reception was only open for four hours in the evening. (1600-2000) If you don't make it, it is an annoying lock box system that awaits you to get into the hotel.

Pros:

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, nah an der Expo

Cons:

Wenn man über Booking bucht, bekommt man die Meldung, dass die Kreditkarte abgelehnt wurde, und Nachrichten von der Unterkunft dass man über einen Link bezahlen soll. Dieser wurde aber von Booking rausgefiltert. Finde ich frech, wenn ich über Booking buche, will ich nicht von dem Hotel noch auf die Suche geschickt werden, wo ich bezahlen soll, wärend ich von Booking eine Fehlermeldung bekomme.

Außerdem war es in unserem Zimmer im sehr warm (circa 30° laut Wetterbericht), es gab keine Klimaanlage, der Ventilator hat wenig geholfen.

Lit confortable, pratique le ventilateur dans la chambre.

Baignoire pas tres propre, cela ne donnait pas envie de prendre une douche, la piece n etait pas très aéré

Einer der schlechtesten Hotels wo ich war. Null flexibel, Null Ausstattung. Im Sommer ein NoGo.

Sehr spätes Check-In erst möglich! Aufpassen. Personal an der Rezeption (ein älterer Mann) und Support am Telefon unfreundlich. Rezeption gefühlt nie da. Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden!!! Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Hatte es wegen der Lage genommen. Aber in Zukunft achte ich auf mehrere Details. Ein alter Ventilator hilft nichts. Selbst in der Lobby schwitzt man, wenn man warten muss. Es wird gesagt, dass ein Check-In erst 16 Uhr gemacht wird. Aber bei einer Frau wurde der Check-In um 15 Uhr gemacht. Warum war es bei mir nicht früher möglich??

The room was clean and the location was ok

Cons:

No services after 20 pm, just a contact number to call but just in case of emergency, but sometimes we need something else that is not like a big emergency but a help like a charger or something and there was nobody working there.
Breakfast needs to be booked in advance. And no air conditioner in the room just a small fan, that in the middle of this hot summer it’s not much of a help.
