Pros:

The staff were accommodating, friendly, approachable. Rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The pool area and equipment is an outdated style compared to other luxury hotels. No drinks allowed in the pool although other hotels allow.

Except for the attitudes of some, it was on the whole excellent.
Pros:

Reception was excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. Clean room and very good location.

Cons:

Online, requested to extend the check in time as the arrival was in early morning but the reservations wanted to charge for the whole day previous. Thought they were more money minded than helping but agreed to pay the full sum. Lobby cafeteria, cashier doesn't give any change money when paid in rupees nor he informs that he doesn't have any change money to give. (It was only 12 rupees but on principal I value discipline.)

Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend!
Pros:

It was in a great location. It felt like an oasis from the outside hustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options too

Cons:

The shower could have been cleaner but it was great!

Pros:

Booking 的價格比Trip 貴，而且還不含早餐，我們雖已經是Booking 最高等級，卻有欲哭無淚的感覺
Pros:

願意讓我們提前入住與延後退房時間，因為可倫坡又熱又吵，躲在飯店避暑，實在是有點小小的滿足。

Cons:

因為餐廳是對外開放的方式，所以早餐室都成「菜市場」有夠吵雜，令人倒盡胃口。
