Cons:

Minibar war ausser Betrieb. Bei der Hitze nicht so gut. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, so wie beim letzten Mal.

Es war ok. Wenn man in den Tierpark besuchen möchte, ist die Lage gut. Aber der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Cons:

Wir haben leider ein kleines Familienzimmer in der 1. Etage abgekriegt. Sehr eng. Der Preis war nicht transparent. Für 370€ reserviert, 460€ letztlich bezahlt, weil noch Kurtaxe und Parkplatz und Frühstück dazukamen. War durch booking nicht möglich, gleich so zu reservieren. Für 4 Personen (ein Kind dabei mit 5 Jahren) war es für 2 Nächte schon sehr teuer.

Alles war top.
Pros:

Lage war super. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Restaurants in der Nähe. Zentrum gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr höflich und hat uns geduldig gute Hinweise bezüglich Fahrt zur Barclays Arena gegeben und auch alle anderen Fragen kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar hatte nach Ende des Konzertes viel zu tun. Hat dies aber mit einer Ruhe und Freundlichkeit gemeistert. Daumen hoch für beide Mitarbeiter des Hotels

Cons:

Die Hellhörigkeit, laute Geräusche, wenn Gäste in ihre Zimmer kamen. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und jedes Umdrehen hat Geräusche verursacht.
