La ubicación.
Tren y metro a 10 min a pie. Lidl casi al lado del hotel. Gasolinera más económica frente al hotel.
Paredes insonorizadas

Cons:

Colchones duros y antiguos (muelles).
Olor de la colada a poco limpio.
Ruidoso. El hotel está situado en una calle muy transitada de coches, motos y camiones.
Lo peor las camas.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut und lecker. Das Zimmer war an sich sauber außer unterm Bett!

Cons:

Wir haben leider ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommen, das war wirklich extrem laut man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen weil es so laut war!
Da wir mit 4 Personen im Zimmer war mussten wir aber lüften! Man hatte die Wahl entweder nicht schlafen weil zu laut und nicht schlafen weil zu warm!
Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war defekt leider und auch die Badezimmertür ließ sich nur mit Gewalt schließen die Ausstattung vom Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen! Die Matratzen sind viel zu weich !

Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. Parkplätze sind meistens genügend vorhanden(12,-€ pro Tag).
In den Zimmern bisher immer alles i.O. Personal bisher immer sehr freundlich, auch noch bei einem späten Getränkewunsch in der Hotelbar.
