La habitación olía a alcantarilla, debía de tener problemas de tuberías y lo pasamos bastante mal. No deberían vender esas habitaciones, eso hizo la estancia bastante desagradable. La limpieza mal, no cambiaron las toallas

Hotel céntrico en Pozoblanco, con recepción 24 horas y personal muy amable. Tiene un bar/restaurante debajo en el que se come muy bien. Merece la pena reservar habitaciones de categoría superior; nuevas y muy cómodas.

Cons:

Las habitaciones estándar son muy justitas para un tres estrellas, en nuestro caso reservamos una y tuvimos una incidencia, pero tenemos que decir que el equipo del hotel respondió de 10 y nos cambió a otra habitación de categoría superior que estaba impecable. Posteriormente atendieron con eficiencia y seriedad la reclamación que pusimos a través de Booking.

Pros:

La disponibilidad de aire acondicionado en la habitación han hecho la estancia más satisfactoria, al igual que el televisor del dormitorio con acceso a medios de entretenimiento.

Cons:

Lo que cabe a recalcar en contra han sido las almohadas ya que no eran muy cómoda.

Quitando eso también habían algunas zonas sucias.
