ארוחת בוקר פשוט נפלאה, צוות קבלה, קונסיירג' וניקיון - מעולים!
מתקני המלון ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה ויש כל מה שניתן לחשוב עליו.
המיקום מנצח.
פשוט חוויה נהדרת.

הזמנו ג'וניור סוויטה.
התמונות של סוג החדר הזה באתר המלון וגם בבוקינג היו שונות לחלוטין (אבל ממש) מהמציאות.
היה פער מאוד גדול בין החדר שחשבנו וציפינו לקבל ובין החדר שקיבלנו אבל זה לא היה נורא ועבר מהר מאוד ולמען האמת למעט זה - כל השאר פיצה על זה.

10 gün önceden otele mail atıp 4 kişi ayrı odalarda konaklayacağımızı ve ilk defa şehrinize geldiğimizi ve tek bayan olarak odalarımızın güzel ve manzaralı olanı ayarlamalarını rica ettim ve mail attım bunun için gerekli düzenlemeleri yapacaklarını ilettiler ama özellikle benim odamı penceresi bile yok duvara bakan , çatısı düşük atıl nefes almakta zorlandığım bir odayı verdiler. Yatak çarşafım kirlenmesine rağmen değiştirmemişler ayrıca resepsiyona koydukları kişiler çok sorun çözümcü yaklaşmıyorlar ve elleri çok ağır. zaten yorgun otele giriş yapıyoruz 1 saat resepsiyonda onların işlemleri yapmasını bekledik.

Biz oraya belli bir ücret ödeyerek gidiyoruz ve bu sebeple odalarımızın da güzel ve temiz olmasını isterdik . Resepsiyon da çalışanların daha pratik ve sorun odaklı olması gerekirdi. Sonuçta bedava gidip orada kalmıyoruz. Defalarca mail attım odamın iyi bir yerde olmasını istedim. Ben kaç gün önceden yazıp ilettim. Eğer bana böyle bir oda vereceklerini bilseydim o otele gitmezdim ! altta size pencerimden gözüken manzarayı ve kaldığım odanın ne kadar engin bir çatısı olduğunu nefes almakta zorlandığımı gösteren fotoğrafı ekliyorum

Top Lage, aber für den Preis enttäuschend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeitenden beim Check-in sowie das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Cons:

Wir waren anlässlich unseres 4-jährigen Jubiläums hier und hatten das bei der Buchung extra vermerkt. Leider wurde darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen, nicht einmal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder ein kurzer Gruss. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Bei der Ankunft wurde unser Gepäck nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht, während wir eincheckten, obwohl der Mitarbeiter Zeit gehabt hätte. Kurz darauf hat derselbe Mitarbeiter das bei anderen Gästen gemacht.

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Ohne Kleidung und Socken konnte man sich kaum darin aufhalten, und am Fenster zog es deutlich. Zudem lag das Zimmer direkt gegenüber der lauten Bar Molly Malone’s. Eine Toilettenbürste gab es auch nicht.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Bett: sehr hart, mit einer dünnen Matratze. Seit den Nächten im Hotel haben wir Rückenschmerzen, die auch jetzt, wieder zu Hause, noch nicht weg sind.

Beim Kommen und Gehen hat niemand gegrüsst, ausser man hat selbst den ersten Schritt gemacht. Für diesen Preis stimmt das Gesamtpaket leider nicht, wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Geen 5 sterren waardig hotel. Harde bedden, geen ramen of enige ventilatie op de kamer. Minibar leeg. 1 flesje water op de kamer … klaag niet snel, maar voor een 5 sterren hotel vind ik het erg slecht .
Ons Vorige 2 sterrenhotel had nog meer luxe 😅
