Lovely experience, I would recommend.
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel, the location is excellent, we were really comfortable there.

Pros:

Spacious room. Hotel is well-located.

Cons:

Religiously keeping to check-in times and then not calling everyone waiting to get their keys who were waiting to go up to their rooms. Meaning other people just walked in and check-in immediately.

My Amsterdam´s favourite
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Just opposite the Central Station and very close to the centre (walking distance).
The room was very clean, with an extra-comfortable bed and a lot of pillow choices. I had a really nice sleep, thank you, NH!
Since I forgot my toothbrush, I was very, very happy to see that in the bathroom, the hotel offers a lot of necessities that people could forget (attached picture). I´ll be back at the first opportunity since the location is very practical if Amsterdam is your final or just transit destination, and the hotel is absolutely divine.

Amazing Location & Hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Amsterdam. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities that made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

I didn’t try the breakfast because I’m more of a local café person when I travel, but I heard great things about it from other guests.

The biggest highlight for me was the location. Amsterdam is an incredibly walkable city, and just about everything I wanted to see was within walking distance from the hotel. It made exploring the canals, museums, restaurants, and neighborhoods incredibly convenient.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The level of service was excellent from check in to check out.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a fantastic location and outstanding service, I would absolutely recommend NH Collection Amsterdam.

Great location, high standard would use again.
Pros:

Greeting by staff. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was a very high standard. Originally in room 353 which was extremely noisy from street however moved to 152 which was very quiet, both rooms were very comfortable. Morgan always greeted us with a smile and conversation at breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel layout not really explained and no information in the room about hotel facilities. Restaurant very options consequently we did not us it. Also the location of the restaurant is not the best, basically eating in the foyer.

Pros:

Well located, good quality and great service.

Cons:

The only improvement I would make is that bikes could be hired for shorter periods rather than only for a whole day.
