Comfortable and conveniently located
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the breakfast had a good choice to choose from. The location was great as it was close to the beach and a short walk from the pier.The room had a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was a little on the small side with not much room to move around, the bathroom was tiny with a very tight squeeze to use the shower and the toilet.

Poor. Uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Cons:

Room not value for money. Could just about open the door as the bed almost hit it, so could barely move. Couldn’t open the bathroom window as completely jammed shut. Considering we’re in the middle of a heatwave and the room was hitting almost 40 degrees you could barely breathe in it. No blind or curtain on bathroom window so people could see you if you showered or used bathroom. Wallpaper falling off. Stains on floor and mould on ceiling. Didn’t even stay for the breakfast we paid for as we just wanted to leave.

We stayed when there was a heatwave. The winding the bedroom didn't open no window in bathroom. It was very hot. There was a fan in the room but wasn't much help.

Pros:

UK experienced heatwave this year. Many places and many people cannot cope. The hotel room was very very hot, if hotel knew about the hot weather they should leave the room window open so when guest walked in they won't feel the hot stuffy air. Hotel has no fan or air con. Check the weather before you book your room, if you don't like the heat when you will not like the rooms. I'm sure during the normal weather/temperature the rooms are fine.

Great location and breakfast but hotel needs updating and lots of TLC

The breakfast was really good. Nice selection of hot food and fresh fruit. The tea and coffee machine was a bit rubbish. But we had a kettle in our room with lots of tea and coffee.

Cons:

The room was really dated. The shower was rubbish, and not very powerful. The bathroom window didn't open at all, and the room was so tiny for a double room so it was really hot. We had a fan in the room but it didn't really do anything. The headboard wasn't attached and it was right against the light switches for the wall lights. So every time you got into bed or turned over it turned the lights on. Really stupid place to put them. Or get a smaller headboard.
