Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

Prácticamente todo. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son muy amplias y estaba muy limpias. El colchón era comodísimo. La ubicación es fabulosa, inmejorable. El hotel no tiene un mobiliario actual pero creo que eso le aporta mucha personalidad y a mí no me importa en absolutos si las instalaciones son buenas y todo está limpio. Me encantó el hecho de que vendieran cuadros en recepción de un artista local.

Good enough
Pros:

Good location, easy to access everything in the city. The room was ok, with a good cleaning. Good team.

Cons:

The break fast was weak, few options of protein (it does not have egg) and fruits. Also the shower support was broken and the toilet bottom was continuously working, so the bedroom needs some repairs. The bed was ok, and the pillow could be split.

Si encuentras otro mejor.
Pros:

El aire acondicionado muy bueno y silencioso, permiten mascotas sin límite de peso y sin cargo por eso elegimos este hotel nada más.

Cons:

Extremadamente ruidoso tanto por la calle como las tuberías pasan por las habitaciones y cuando las demás habitaciones lo usan suena como si fuese la mía horrible. Las ventanas no aisladas del ruido cero.

La ubicación, en el centro de Salamanca, nos dieron donde dejar las maletas después del check out, personal muy amable

Cons:

Habitación muy deteriorada con mucho olor a humedad, inmobiliario antiguo, las camas muy ruidosas, y el baño con bañera fatal , en la mañana el agua no llega y hay que esperar una eternidad a que el tanque se vuelva a llenar
