Mala experiencia y manejo preocupante de nuestras pertenencias

Cons:

Tenía una reserva pagada del 11 al 14 de septiembre. Al regresar al hotel el día 12, descubrimos que nuestra habitación 517 había sido asignada a otro huésped, aunque nunca hicimos check-out ni autorizamos el cambio.

Lo más preocupante fue que, durante nuestra ausencia, personal del hotel ingresó a la habitación, retiró nuestras pertenencias, abrió y manipuló nuestro equipaje y lo trasladó a las oficinas del hotel sin nuestra autorización.

Al solicitar explicaciones, no recibimos una respuesta satisfactoria y simplemente nos asignaron otra habitación.

La situación afectó seriamente nuestra privacidad, seguridad y confianza en el hotel. Una experiencia muy decepcionante y que considero importante que otros huéspedes conozcan.

Extremely poor Don’t use shuttle

Cons:

Airport shuttle never showed up after waiting 50 mins in airport at 11 pm. Ended up getting taxi and paying for it. THEN tried to get shuttle back to airport.Desk lady said “relax “when driver was 15 minutes late Filthy ac vent. Damaged furniture and bathroom areas. Halls and elevator are beat. What happened to being on time for shuttles going to airport

Easy arrival and check-in process with location to airport and downtown

Everything else we stayed Thursday through Sunday we didnt have towels and we couldn't get towels because we were told we had to wait for housekeeping then housekeeping didnt even give us towels we had to buy towels to shower it wasn't the cleanest fire extinguishers out of service tags bed hard as a rock

The front desk staff was excellent.
Pros:

The front desk attendant when I checked in was fabulous!
She was very friendly, efficient and was very helpful in arranging my very early morning dhuttle.
I checked in on 9/12 around 4:30pm. I am sorry I did not get her name.
The front desk was also very friendly upon checking out.

Cons:

My room had a very strong cigarette smell. It was very unpleasant. The room was very dated with furnishings that were dirty.

The day staff did not show much interest. Room was adequate. Beds were stiff. Breakfast was average. Only instant coffee was available.

Great location by BWI
Pros:

I greatly appreciated the free shuttle and how helpful the ladies at the front desk were. The room also had everything I needed for a one-night stay before an early morning flight.

Cons:

The bed was rather creaky and seemed rather old, but it was good enough for what I needed for one night. I did also get a bit lost leaving my room to find the front entrance - more signage would be helpful.
